Martabaan restaurant - average food, lack of expected selection of chutneys and raitas.

Relaxing charm of large, old style grand hotel; very polite and efficient staff, beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms. Very good small plate food and drink area in the main lobby lounge, Episodes.

There was a large wedding going on which was very loud. The majority of the time this was fine and we enjoyed seeing everything taking place however from our room the music was very loud with music coming from two different stages which was quite annoying. As they appeared to take over the whole hotel with some pool areas being closed we would have appreciated being informed about this before our arrival. However overall it really didn't impact our experience and we would recommend it to others.

An excellent hotel in a lovely location by the sea. We had a great room and the staff and restaurants were excellent.

Despite an army of staff the service is slow. The reliance on technology for guest services was prone to technical difficulties. Don't get me wrong, every single member of staff was friendly and courteous but the sheer size limited efficiency. Despite its magnificence, it somehow failed to deliver the luxury experience.

There is no doubt that this is an impressive hotel. Every feature is opulent and grand. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. The rooms well-appointed and carefully neutral.

The fact the didn't have longer there.

It really is a palace. The attention to detail. Level of service. Quality of furniture, bath robes, food everything. We ate in the Chinese Michelin restaurant. Amazing also. Thanks also for the flowers and cake the hotel gave us for our honeymoon.

There was a a beach and a Awaterpark in the pool it was so clean and comfortable and the staff were great and the food was great

No bins. Too much tourists at the entrance of the hotel. Two times we’ve been told that the restaurant was full, when there were free tables, even though we were guests at the hotel. But luckily tge managed saw this and came to apologize and accomodate us. When running a gotel open also to the public, you must distguisg between guests and rest. Really bad expirience with this, would not come back because we were treated poorly.

Nice to visit for a 1-2 day trip to Abu Dhabi.

The hotel was amazing. Everything was perfect - food, service, beach and the view. If you are looking for a truly royal and unforgettable experience in the UEA, I recommend Emirates Palace.

Cannot fault anything!! All was superb!!

Everything!!! Staff, food options, pools, location, beach, room all were exceptional!! Highly recommend and look forward to staying again! My advise is to ignore any negative comments you might read, the place and hospitality is top notch!!

WiFi could be better but the venue and the property and the overall relaxed feeling just overcompensated everything. Maybe you should not be on your phone while being there 😃

Koffi from the east wing beach morning shift just made the difference for us in every aspect. The service in the most authentic, respectful way you can imagine. Very intuitive and intelligent person with unique personality making the difference. 1.3 km beach with maximum privacy you can get on earth with the most respectful service.

After staying at several Hotels in the Middle East I was surprised there wasn’t extra special touches like Sunglasses cleaned round the pool and ice lollies. Only one day we received a little canapé.

The rooms were very clean and in a traditional style which I liked. Beach was perfect and the sea was amazing. Was able to go Paddle Boarding as water sports were available.
