The room was very spacious, clean, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a large variety to choose from and friendly service. It is located close to the airport, but not within walking distance of attractions. The reception was very helpfull with recommending excursions and trips and assisted with the reservation and booking of tickets for these activities. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The travel desk at hotel was not that cooperative I felt. Don't know if it was my individual. May be for others it might be good. Or maybe we were having good crowd at same time. Entertainment options for kids were only limited to TV may be a small play room would add extra.

The room service was pretty quick and efficient. The Purani Dilli Restaurant at gr floor was good. The typical Indian Chicken Curry was delight. But highlight was the Singer duo in Purani Dilli Restaurant. They were pretty good and sang beautifully spl. the male singer Aman.

We were missing a tissue box in the room, although one was given in the bathroom, next to the sink tap. A tissue box next to the sink tap is not a good idea because the tissues may become wet.

We have always stayed at this hotel in Dubai. The hotel's location is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were always very fast, and the free valet parking was very good. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and quiet. We never felt that the hotel had many guests. Many food outlets and 24/7 grocery shops are within a few minutes' walking distance. We will return.

The hotel staffs are very accommodating and kind and provided us with exceptional service wherever we go such as in the restaurant, bar, fitness center and at the pool area.

We checked in on 10the Jan early morning at 4 am. Duty manager vinod was on the desk. We are not satisfied with his approach. We were in the hotel after a drive of 10 hours from Qatar. We booked the room for 3 person and we requested for an extra bed were he refuse to give. We told him that the room is booked for 3 person. Still he want us to pay extra money get extra bed. As per Mr. Vinod if u book for 3 person or 2 person the price will be same in booking.com which is wrong. We didnt take extra bed and left from there as we r already tired On the next day we approach another female Receptionist staff who was polite and very gentle. She give us the extra bed without any payment. This is the service people are expecting from the staff. Really appreciate that lady staff in reception( forgot her name). Except the experience during check in time Everything was good.

One of the room we booked is for 3 people and the website said the room has king bed with sofa bed The sofa bed was not in the room it was just a sofa And extra bed they will charge extra which was not according to our understanding

Helpful staff We requested 5 non smoking room but when we checked in they gave us all smoking rooms. Fortunately they were able to change our rooms to Non Smoking which was a great deal for us.
