United Arab Emirates- I called the hotel at 18 of June 2024, 12:14 a.m. I don’t have the name of the guy, but he is from Africa. He was rude, disrespectful person. I just ask him if he have a room or not, he reply with no. I asked him again I found a room on booking.com. He started to scream and talk in rude language that I told u don’t have a room. But I’m seeing now on booking , he said ok book but I don’t have a room. So I told him if I book and come I will not find a room. He started to scream again and said I told you I don’t have a room. Is that a way to talk to people!! - I booked through booking and I went to the hotel. I booked because of the price and I have no other options. On same time I came from traveling. So I was tired. It was big mistake to book this hotel because of this guy

United KingdomDear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent stay at your establishment, which is advertised as a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by such a rating. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was substandard. Despite numerous requests for cleaning services, my room remained in a neglected state throughout my stay. This lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable and has caused me considerable distress. Moreover, I have since developed an infection, which I believe to be a direct result of the time spent in the unsanitary conditions of the room. This has not only affected my health but has also marred my overall experience at your hotel. I had chosen your hotel because of its affiliation with the reputable Sheraton brand, expecting a certain level of service and care. However, the service I received was far below par, with a service score that I would regrettably rate as zero. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that no other guest experiences a similar situation. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter. United Arab EmiratesI was given a smoking room without my knowledge We struggled to sleep for 3 nights as we thought it was the AC, so we did not turn it on. I coughed most of the night due to the smell of cigarettes. All my clothing in the room were smelling of cigarettes as well I finally complained only to find out we were on a smoking floor We were moved to an upgraded room, nice but a normal room would have been ok When I first complained we were told by the reception staff that we must have been asked at check in and choose a smoking room, this really upset me as i am asthmatic and would never do this
