Food in general could be improved, it was very average and sometimes not good. Very slow staff in restaurants (our order in Waves took an hour since we order until we got the food)

I felt the room was little bit not cleaned well which I mean the mate was not cleaned and I felt the room which I selected was different from what I have selected

We requested for a connecting room and Mr. Said is trying his best but it didn't happen, and the additional bed takes time to be arranged.

The hotel is nice, but some facilities are extra cost. The breakfast and dinner were okay but thinking a 5star hotel with more than a thousand a night i expect more and fancy food compared to other hotels.

The breakfast was very crowded and there weren’t that many options. It was also quite repetitive with the same buffet offer etc. I tried going a bit early in the morning which was better and less crowded.

I loved my room, I was given an upgrade to a beachfront room which had a lovely view and great access to the beach. I was able to just walk out onto the beach. The service across the entire hotel is excellent. I used the restaurants, the spa etc and was very pleased with everything. The waves restaurant is wonderful.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The bar service could benefit from quicker service or additional staff during busy times, and the main buffet restaurant would be even better with a wider variety of options for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa - Al Aqah Beach. Dinesh was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, even while covering for the main restaurant. All the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The room cleaning service was top-notch, ensuring our accommodation was always spotless and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, making it a perfect destination for a family getaway. We especially loved the pristine sand on the beach—it was truly amazing!

The staff were SLOW. I'm talking order something and it may never arrive. One staff member kept asking us to repeat what we said, more than 5 times! I couldn't understand why as we don't have thick accents and had no difficulty before. We kept rephrasing and rewording requests until she understood, but even then the items NEVER arrived! It was exhausting dealing with the waiters at breakfast and at Sharkeys on the beach!

The hotel location was great... a walk to Snoopy Island and water sports centre was right on the beach to take you to the island too. The hotel was clean and welcoming and large. Sunrise on the beach was magnificent. Rooms were a good size and comfortable and reception and pool staff were welcoming.

Nightly entertainment could be better but I think it all depends on the visitors anticipation too.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. Resturant staff were great and supportive. There were many people from different part of the world working there and seem to be baapy and treated well by the hotel.

Only minor criticism was the breakfast was a little disappointing

Lovely spacious room with a lovely ensuite. Loved we could sit on the balcony and see the pool through to the sea. The beach and pool were both great. Loved being able to swim in the ocean! It was the perfect getaway we needed!

Food options were limited and repetitive, not very appealing, especially for Rotana and the UAE. 50 aed for put putt /mini golf put us off playing. Fix the bridge by the pool. There is a terrible smell as you walk out to the pool.

All staff were amazing truly , they guide us about the activities they have it was really relaxing time to have with your family with this outstanding sea view , food was delicious, the weather was very beautiful although we are in September. I would thank everyone especially Mr Hamdi who guide us once we made check in in the hotel thank you Hamdi for the warm welcoming

The temperature in the room at night was getting hot. Looks like AC was not working properly in room 4111.

Our family enjoyed swimming in the beach and pool.

The resort was overcrovded with families with kids. Probably on all inclusive vacation by travel agencies.

I had allinclusive. The restaurants personel was perfect. I stayed 2 nights and that is perfect time.
