The hotel is nice, but some facilities are extra cost. The breakfast and dinner were okay but thinking a 5star hotel with more than a thousand a night i expect more and fancy food compared to other hotels.

EthiopiaThe breakfast was very crowded and there weren’t that many options. It was also quite repetitive with the same buffet offer etc. I tried going a bit early in the morning which was better and less crowded.
I loved my room, I was given an upgrade to a beachfront room which had a lovely view and great access to the beach. I was able to just walk out onto the beach. The service across the entire hotel is excellent. I used the restaurants, the spa etc and was very pleased with everything. The waves restaurant is wonderful.

United Arab EmiratesWhile our overall experience was fantastic, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The bar service could benefit from quicker service or additional staff during busy times, and the main buffet restaurant would be even better with a wider variety of options for kids.
We had a wonderful stay at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa - Al Aqah Beach. Dinesh was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, even while covering for the main restaurant. All the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The room cleaning service was top-notch, ensuring our accommodation was always spotless and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, making it a perfect destination for a family getaway. We especially loved the pristine sand on the beach—it was truly amazing!

United KingdomThe staff were SLOW. I'm talking order something and it may never arrive. One staff member kept asking us to repeat what we said, more than 5 times! I couldn't understand why as we don't have thick accents and had no difficulty before. We kept rephrasing and rewording requests until she understood, but even then the items NEVER arrived! It was exhausting dealing with the waiters at breakfast and at Sharkeys on the beach!
The hotel location was great... a walk to Snoopy Island and water sports centre was right on the beach to take you to the island too. The hotel was clean and welcoming and large. Sunrise on the beach was magnificent. Rooms were a good size and comfortable and reception and pool staff were welcoming.
