Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is the one of the best hotel in Dubai at this price. The staff, food & all the services were top notch. It has highly exceeded my expectation. All the staff are polite. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed breakfast during our stay. Bur dubai & Al seef are pretty close to this location. You can spend good time near by & go to Gold/Spice souk from the Abra which is very close to this location. Metro & Bus station are at fairly close to the hotel.

Very nice Indian hotel in Bur Dubai, we visited second time, because we really liked it the first time and for the price it’s definitely worth it. It’s located in old part of Dubai, but we really liked the contrast. It is close to metro, busses, abra station and in the area there are many options for affordable food and shopping. Friendly staff, they always immediately helped with everything we needed.

There could have been charging points beside each bed, but that's okay. I don't want to be too critical. Everything was exceptionally good.
The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. They took special care of all guests, ensuring that the services are as per the expectations. The breakfast options were excellent, with a good balance of veg and non-veg options.

Major Drawbacks :- • If my family is coming to meet me at night all need to provide physical ID which is big hassle. •Breakfast needs to be versatile! Same thing almost everyday.

Highlight of the stay :- • Big thanks to all the amazing Staff Rahul, Riyaz, Prakash, Seemab , Zaim, Mirza and the Main manager leading the staff Mr. Dipin hats off to all! • Spacious and big rooms which is cleaned thoroughly by Housekeeping staff everyday. Kudos to Mr. Srinivas head of all! • Location is unmatchable with Airport hardly 20-25 Minute far. Downtown 20 Minute and main meena Bazaar and souks roughly 10 minutes with tye assistance of water ferry. • Ample amount of restaurants and cuisine to choose and all nearby. Gateway Hotel is like Family! Will be delighted to come again!

Honestly area is not so clean but that’s old Dubai. Very close to metro and main attractions like Souk, Creek and local markets as Al Seef.
Staff was very friendly and all smiling. That’s make an advantage plus I got a nice upgrade at the check-in.
