Really great hotel. We had half board, the food was excellent. The pool is normal size, lifeguards, waiters, cafe - everything is great. The room size is great, the view is gorgeous. The staff were great to work with and were caring. Next time we come back to Abu Dhabi there will be no question of choosing a hotel.

All great but too many kids in the club lounge, all wearing flip flops and football shirts. Definitely not the luxury i expected, felt like a kids club. Hotel was great apart from that

Nice room, nice view and amazing Ramadan dinners. The electric socket would not charge the iPhone and the room cards needed to be recharged a couple of times. Everything else was great.

Review of Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Our stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi was truly unforgettable. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we felt like true Arabian royalty. Our magnificent room offered breathtaking views of the palaces and the sea, creating an atmosphere of absolute comfort and luxury. The staff at the hotel is exceptional – attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and the impeccable quality that Hyatt is known for. The hotel's location is also excellent. Right across from it is the famous the Palace ht, and nearby is the main palace of Abu Dhabi, which we assume belongs to the ruling Sheikh. The area also features a stunning waterfront promenade, perfect for walking and relaxing. I love walking, and this location provided plenty of opportunities to explore on foot. Additionally, Marina Mall is close by, offering even more places to visit. As Abu Dhabi is situated on islands, the surrounding sea enhances the overall experience, making it even more picturesque and peaceful. The city is not overcrowded, which adds to the comfort and serenity of the stay. The only minor inconvenience was the road nearby, which is a bit noisy, but given the location, there are no real alternatives. However, this was a very small issue and did not affect our overall impression. In conclusion, this was a fantastic trip, and we were absolutely delighted. If you are looking for a combination of comfort, luxury, and impeccable service, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is the perfect place to stay!

Everything was perfect! Such a beautiful place, service was awesome - everyone was very nice and friendly, helpful all the time when you need an advice. Housekeeping service was great! We had also a breakfast included- and it was the best choice we could make, breakfast was so delicious! So many options from everything, you could come anytime and all options were still availbale - they were taking a great care of us! The pool and beach, we loved it! Thank you for perfect start of our vacation in UAE. 100% satisfied and i would recommend everyone to come here and try on their own!

We couldn’t take a shower, because there was boiling water from the cold water tap. The called staff did not fix the problem.

The hotel was amazing from right when you walked through the entrance . Balmain products in the room smelt amazing , room was amazing and had one of the best views overlooking the Emirate palace 🥰

the closing system on the curtains was failing ,

The hotel room is huge, clean and with an incredible view. We ordered the sahur room because we were fasting and the food was enormous, very delicious, well presented, seasonal fruit, fruit juice! Incredible sahur we had with sea views! The best experience of my life.
