However, I was disappointed with the service from some of the reception staff. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room directly opposite the lift, which was quite noisy (I was moved the following day after talking to the manager). Additionally, when I inquired about taxi options, I was directed to an expensive limousine service, despite regular taxis being easily available and much more convenient. Eventually, I was helped by another person at the reception. This lack of helpfulness left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay.

This was a nice hotel, and I especially liked the swimming pool, which was a great place to unwind. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Breakfast could be better. There are limited options for children. The rooms were not very clean. The fact that they close the pool at the middle of the day.

The location is great. There are many restaurants, shops and a big mall around. Metro stations are walking distance. Beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful. There is parking.

The bathroom was old and wash-basin was broken. The location of the hotel is not good - it’s old area of Dubai, so you can be confused what you see there and what you can see in the city centre. But it was close to the metro station, which was ok. But the aprox. time to go to the city was around 50 minutes. We had bus in the evening, so we wanted to stay at the rooftop next to the pool, but the guy at the reception told us that we cannot stay there - or we can, but we have to pay 10AED and stay there until 6pm. We stayed in the hotel next to the reception until 7pm, so I can’t see the difference if you can stay at the pool or next to the reception. But ok.

We stayed here 4 night. We had room number 512 and the room was nice and clean with big and comfy bed. The breakfast was really good and there were a lot of options. The guy who was making omelettes was really nice and his omelettes were our the most favourite meal. Pool at the top was nice 👍🏼

What I found odd about this hotel is I booked for 2 adults and 1 child (ages 10) When I was given the room there was only 1 bed for 2 adults even though I told on booking there is a child. When I told the reception how do they expect a 10 year child to sleep same bed as 2 adults she said according the booking it states any child over 11 you need to pay extra for a bed! When I booked I informed them of the number off people and I expected to get a room to fit that number of people.i would be wary about this,I have stayed at many hotels but never come across this. In the end she did give me a bed without any fee because I made a fuss about it.

Overall for the price it's decent and clean.location is good close to airport,has lot of shops around for food too.beds are comfortable.

This is a good hotel with lot of capacity for improvement but staff and manager are not accommodating swiming pool and gym timings are 9 am to 7 pm which are too short I requested to open the gym at 8:30 but they refused I asked for late check out they refused no place in lobby to connect for office work, there are lot of good choices in near by so please use those

Not too tidy, they only provided ONE towel for 2 people staying, only one mug, tried calling reception many times and it’s always busy.

Location was ok, comfortable bed and smart TV which is essential I guess for the price it’s ok but but could probably find a better one
