Nice hotel with friendly staff, though the room we had was a bit outdated and urgently needs an upgrade (especially bathroom and airco). Thanks to Vijay, Housekeeping Associate, for keeping our room clean and tidy every day. A job well done, very important. Located in a busy area the hotel offers much within easy reach: shops, metro, parks, restaurants.

Busy area, traffic noise till late

During our stay at Avenue Hote, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Yogendra from the housekeeping team. Room does not have heating. Therefore, room was very cold. The A/C only blows out cold air.

Room, breakfast and parking was very good. The staff member that makes the egg omelettes is very helpful, friendly and kind. He always made the omelettes just as we liked it and was very patient even though some people were rushing him for no reason.

Friendly reception staffs yet they forgot my request to bring something to my room. So had to request to the cleaning staff near by at next day. The guy immediately brought it for me.
