I wsih there is more free activities for us to do - seems all is extra charge. to include more indoor public spaces where we can lounge. There is pool table room but its limited to club lounge access, not open to everyone, that is a bummer

Our second time with baby & grandparents, and this is always our top choice for Fujairah. Room is spacious, breakfast is full of options. We had birthday dinner at the beachside restaurant, the waiter is great with our baby. Great activities room for kids. Swimming pool with cabana is lovely for couples.

There is an unpleasant odor in the corridor on the second floor. I hope this can be resolved soon.

I expected to have toothbrush/ comb in the bathroom, as this was the standard in other Intercontinental hotels I stayed in. Also , no toilet brush was available.

No coordination between the reservation desk . I was called into the room at 12 pm check out. I had requested for another 40 minutes extension as I was in the property for New Year’s Eve. After I checked out I was called on my phone that I could extend till 4 pm .

Standard of food in restaurants pretty bad and general price of hotel is a bit overpriced but still a great hotel

Beautiful hotel and facilities. The location is definitely the best spot along the beach. Walked along the whole beach and checked out the other hotels and by far this hotel beats all of the others.

Dinners were OK but I would expect better dishes.

Amazing location to stay with a friendly staff. The room was big and clean. The bed was super-comfy. The breakfast was as good as expectable for Intercontinental - fresh juices, different stations. Recommend if you want to try Al Aqqa area for sure. Also they gave us late check-out at 2pm. So, 9/10 !

The infinity pool was supposedly an adult pool but it was filled with children.

The buffet at the main restaurant could be better with improving the food quality, and to have vegetarian options. Also the Bose Sound Touch device in our room was not working.
