United KingdomService was very slow. We went on a weekend so the place was busy, but it still felt understaffed. We waited long for someone to give us a menu, then place the order, and then receive an order. Took over an hour to serve in-room dining, by then we'd lost our appetite. In-room dining food wasn't that great.
Breakfast was nice, lots of options to choose from, nice location. Ample of outdoor seating and very clean.

The service and hospitality was great for check in and staff generally. rooms are clean and set up well. facilities are vastly available. Grocery store on site makes life so much easier.

It was boring, no entertainment, concerts or music. Nothing special to enjoy the evening time. It was “a must” to book dinner in the restaurants and they were busy all the time. Always Overcrowded for breakfast even if you come early.
Room facilities, the view from the balcony, the cleanliness. The best thing is the cosmetic line for washing Bayredo Bal d’ Afrique which is my favorite smell.
