We were informed that there is a wedding in the hotel. During check-in we asked the staff member if the wedding is going to be anywhere near the pool. He looked at the wedding invite for a long time and then said no it's not. Turns out that the wedding was indeed near the pool. It was a bit noisy, but who am I to say this as my wedding was quite noisy as well.

The staff really took care of us. They were nice and friendly. The pool is located at a very nice location, just in front of the beach. Super views from the room as well. Bed was really comfortable as well. We had dinner at Levant & Nar. Their Adana Kebab is the best I've ever had, and I've had Adana Kebab in Istanbul as well. It was the head chef's recommendation when he took our order in person. All their chefs are Turkish.

Room service was a little slow at times but still great service.

Lovely beach and amazing staff, especially Abram at the reception, and Arkham, they made sure we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

A few more veg options, but the staff do accomodate any special requests. However found it odd that the half board dint have soft drinks or fresh juice included in the package.

Amazing property, very very very helpful staff, great hospitality, amazing facilities for adults and kids. The kids club is the best.

Charging the phone was very slow, I tried all outlets. I thought this was because of the wire I had, but when I went to another hotel, it worked well. Avoid rush hours, especially during the weekend, for check-in or out. It is so busy. I have a suggestion for the management, in half board package, make sure not to include BF on day of arrival or dinner on day of departure. Just the meals the guest is having not just blindly 2 meals for 6 nights.

The design of the hotel and view with private beach. It is soothing as soon as you reach the hotel. Rooms are spacious, with beautiful designs that include everything you need. Wifi is fast with excellent conictivity anywhere you are. The staff are friendly and professional. They welcome feedback & listen carefully for it. Of course, as 5 stars Hotel, they have down time service. The buffet for BF was amazing every day. It included international, Fareast Asia, & Indian cuisines . For lunc, they always have something new in the chief corner. I tried only Saffar restaurant.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The overall ambiance and resort experience was excellent. The executive lounge is also an added bonus.

Food was 5/10. The hotel restaurant for breakfast and half board guests was sub standard - 3 star hotel quality. The chef needs to be replaced. Options were poorly selected, taste was not of a 5 star chef. We stayed 3 nights so it consistently was a disappointing experience, not an unlucky "bad" menu one time. To have 3 star hotel food for 3 nights after paying for half board isn't acceptable.

Everything was great, i just wonder, as there is a very nice bathtub and all Shampoo or liquid soap are not availible, so you need to get out or take in advance in a container, as the are all fixed on the wall.

Breakfast area was a bit too crowded and congested, but still a great venue!

Beautiful and large room, very functional and elegant. Swimming pool was great, very good for families. Plenty of sunbeds available by the pool and the beach. Gym very well equipped with any sort of machines you would need for your fitness, in particular I have appreciated a lot the Spinning Cyclette. I have been in this resort already a number of times and I will come again, probably one of the best options right now in the UAE in my opinion.

Slow service at the lounge. Told restaurants fully booked no tables kept for hotel residents. A struggle to book a table at any of restaurants No sports channel, disappointed couldn’t watch Rugby finals

Location & views Enjoyed the quiet lounge pool adults only Noho & Levant restaurants were very good with excellent accommodating staff.
