The staff at the club lounge were exceptional. So friendly and attentive and they really made our stay special. the faculties at the club lounge were wonderful and both pools at the resort were great. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We had a lovely stay

Buffet ok, would be better to have an area within the Club access so dinner as adults only and main buffet felt like a kinda garden

The staff in the restaurant was not trained well, service was very slow, and they were obviously short of staff. The hotel staff hospitality could have been better as well, during the check-in we have asked for the late check-out and it was rejected, later in the same day it was granted by another person.

At breakfast, the staff forgot orders (Specially for Coffee) and I was repeating myself a couple of times; the bathroom glasses as not appropriately cleaned and you could easily see handmarks!

The hotel was big enough to accommodate lots of people, Pool was excellent and could easily manage all guests of the hotel ! Breakfast was excellent with various options; check-in and check-out were easy and the reception team was accommodating.

-door handle broke during the first day -sun beds were expected as we upgraded the regular room to a terrace room,were not there, and when we asked for them , they got us to regular chairs -bathroom was not very well cleaned -hair dryer was not working, we asked for a second one that was as well note working -after checking out we left our luggage with the receptionist, no tags were given, took so many time to find them when leaving. -staff should be more helpful and more welcoming

The highlight of our stay was the staff. so we’ll trained, accommodating and pleasant. We had club Lounge access and loved every bit of it. A relaxing trip we needed despite having a sick 2 year old. A special thank you the the staff at Club Lounge! we will be back.

Poor telephonic responses..booking, service and callbacks all very poor service on phone Lobby bar slow and sloppy and staff didn't know basics of drinks

Beach had bad sun lounges, and only one guy to serve drinks and food Reception check in was very slow, insisted on making me repay municipality fees although I showed him I paid it on booking. Check out we told them bags atr in room, 1 hour later it was still there no one picked them up Generally staff needing training and more staff at least double, I think k there were promotions so there was a flood of people that their level of training is jot equipped to handle Also general attitude of relaxation, I think management needs to change !

Tons of mosquitoes and lack of afterbite especially at restaurant Levant & Nar.

the property was beautifully maintained, like other recommendations - I would highly recommend going the club route. the pool access, pre dinner cocktail and high tea were a wonderful touch. Hermant in the club section was fantastic and very polite.

the price of drinks and food was ridiculous. the current exchange rate of the £ doesn’t help, but 40dh (£10) for an ice lolly is not even remotely reasonable

Lack of milk in rooms for tea and coffee. Only supplying limited teabags. No fruit or welcome in the room on arrival considering quite expensive stay, especially as we booked two rooms.

The staff were amazing, especially Waysan in the buffet restaurant as well as front desk and all staff actually. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

Paying by booking.com meant you needed to pay bill on moment of checkin. Were not advised that restaurants you could not pay by room. Some advance had to be taken. So difficult to settle especially in pool bar. Would have preferred to pay overall at end of trip, like previous trip. Not sure why it did not change. More choice of food needed in restaurants for vegetarians

Club house service was great, how small concerns were so well addressed same day. Great job from Rafi and Bek. Beach was clean and again great service across the resort. As part of club, gave us a choice of quiet and lively.
