Pillows are very hard entrance to the hotel is very difficult, no signage for the service road and the valet need improvement on handling cars

The hotel room was comfortable I love it we stay around 5 days the loction is great the service was good and friendly stuff. The room has a small pantry kitchen which is good for families and kids.

They thought of everything – a modern, stylish hotel. The staff are kind and helpful, and they prepare allergen-free meals upon request. The young chef makes a special dessert for us every evening. The rooftop terrace is fantastic.

The only improvement I can ask is the wifi speed. I think in the new age, guests need more bandwidth.

I didn’t plan to stay for three weeks in dubai. But for some reason I had to. So I made a decision to switch hotels every week. This hotel was my last hotel and I regret why I didn’t stay here for my whole three weeks. I spend a week in jumeirah beach, and two weeks in business bay. The building is very newly built, the rooms are full of appliances like gas, washing machine, full size refrigerator, beautiful bathroom, everything was great in the room, I wonder why they didn’t shared everything in the pictures. And the staff… oh my god. They were perfect, I traveled Europe, Turkey, and a lot of other countries, this staff was something else. I don’t know how did they find them. But they were great from the beginning. Specially Jenny. The pool also on the roof the same as the gym, and the gym was now good, i had to take a video to show it off, to my personal trainer. It’s very close to Dubai mall and business side of Dubai. I don’t need to say anything about the breakfast. Every thing was fresh, the coffee made by a barista, the egg station was magically good. Very good experiment. I will definitely, I mean definitely check this hotel out again.

I had an exceptional stay at the Intercontinental Residence Business Bay in Dubai. The room was incredibly spacious, and the view from my room, overlooking the stunning Burj Khalifa, was just breathtaking. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch and exceeded all of my expectations. Everything from the amenities to the service was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
