OmanThe Hotel and entire location is highly convenient to Indian and Asian Communities only not fir for Arabs The Hotel and Finishing and fit out out are old and need full refurbishment and renovation the hotel level is not more than 3 stars SPA Jacouzy was not working no towels at the swimming pool, save box was not function No connected rooms at the Hotel for family stay we requested 2 rooms / i king bed and 1 twin bed but both given rooms were kind bed only Balcony and windows view is too poor view

United KingdomThe hotel is not luxury and you pay for the standard 4 star - it is in the heart of deira and about 20 mins from Dubai mall. It can be loud with the elevator making a sound each time it opens in the floor your room is on.
It was a standard hotel and basic and had all the amenities that you would need. There is a restaurant in the ground floor. The staff were nice and I got a early check in too.

South AfricaThe room had no balcony, and room view was the roof of another building. The food everything is spicy! It would be nice if they had at least 1 dish with no chillies in. Also, clubs/ lounges on the 1st floor could be noisy if your room is closer. We were on the 4th floor and could not hear anything
Everything! The location was 👌 its old dubai, but the metro is 5 min away, and right across the street is a 24/7 super market. The room is beautiful and morden. Loved it!! It's definitely a steal. Value for money!!! Taxis avail outside. Walking distance to most things. Staff was extra friendly, loved, loved it!!

IndiaThere was a delay in providing the slippers and some beverages are not provided in room service. The lighting can be much more brighter or placed on the right spot.
The staff were great especially Mr.Shinto at the reception.He was kind enough to assist us in all our concerns. We also got an upgrade to the suite room as well.
