The bedroom (448). I consider this a partial sea view rather than a sea view, as was advertised and booked. Although it was a beautifully spacious room with a great bathroom (with walls - which is surprisingly hard to come by these days), it was an adjoining room, presumably because we asked for a twin room, which was not sound proof. I laid towels at the adjoining door but could still hear everything in the adjoining room. The kids club was below which, combined with deliveries, also made it quite noisy. It felt like a room for children whose parent were staying in the adjoining room - less for two grown adult women unfortunately despite the size and facilities.

Most beautiful beach we’ve ever been on. The staff throughout the resort were absolutely incredible! Happy, helpful and predicting your every whim. Can’t speak highly enough of the guest service.

The hotel was beyond amazing. The Duty Manager Mayada Hassan was extremely welcoming and supportive. The checkin was quick and smooth. We got a nice upgrade and we enjoyed our stay to the maximum. We can’t wait to come back!! The hotel was so clean and the room amenities are so luxurious. They have the most wonderful beach in UAE. The sea is so calm with no waves and it was so clean. Food was really good and the overall vibe was amazing!

-Small TV -1 Hour and A half delay of checking in. (Reached at 3 so no early check-out) -After waiting beds was not joined together(Twin Bedroom in the app it shows only 1 bed in the description we mentioned we are two) and TV took time to fix -Duty Manager was amazing and gave late checkout and compensation. However it might fade Infront of the check-in stress specially if guests are exhausted. -Excellent food and excellent facilities.

They do have amazing kids club, unfortunately staff members don’t have much interest in kids! The program is drawing all the time! Soft toys are in the shelves so little kids can’t reach it! Actually all toys, puzzles everything in shelves. They dont have with what to play. Have to ask members to help, but kids whose coming in first time in to kids club they not much confidence and maybe sometimes scared ti ask! Beautiful kids club unfortunately don’t work how it should!

We thought the room service was very expensive for what it was. Basically priced the same as eating in a restaurant. The location is great if you want to stay local to the hotel & on the beach but you would need a car or taxi to go into Abu Dhabi.

The ocean view room was really a partial ocean view which was a little disappointing. In addition our balcony was directly above a service door meaning it was noisy.

The distant yet constant thud of house music coming from the adult pool until gone 7pm.

This hotel is pure class. They have managed to combine a family resort with a couples retreat perfectly. The service was outstanding, they couldn’t do enough for you. Beautifully designed interiors and pool areas. Food was great and the half board option had generous discounts at the non-inclusive restaurants. Sal in particular was outstanding. I was surprised at how low my bill was for extras at the end of the week despite not holding back. I had the most amazing Hammam treatment in the spa. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay at this hotel twice a year for five days with the half-board option, and it has never disappointed us. In fact, we use Jumeirah Saadiyat as the benchmark for all other hotels we visit—it’s simply exceptional. The beach service is outstanding, the restaurants offer great dining experiences, and the long, pristine beach is just amazing. Every stay feels like a perfect getaway.

Stunning hotel, from the light and airy lobby to the size of the bedroom. It all felt spacious and beautifully designed. Staff were so helpful and friendly, particularly Sai at the pool bar who provided excellent service and Heera and his housekeeping crew kept the room spotless
