Maybe one suggestion- maybe to take a bit better care of the grass green area - if you compare to the Raffles next door there is some room for improvement but this is definitely nothing negative.

We enjoyed our stay very much as a family! This is one of the best hotels on the Palm (I have stayed several times already), the location is excellent much more quiet than at the side of the Atlantis the views are amazing, beautiful oriental style (in my personal opinion it suits the location more than the overly modern style). The apartment is spacious has everything you need. Cleaning is spot on. The pool area is spacious enough and calm you never have to worry about having a free spot. Food is delicious- we have had half board. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind - a special thanks to Oksana from the hotel, Julius from the Italian restaurant and the always smiling and very enthusiastic gentleman from breakfast unfortunately I do not know his name but if I am not mistaken he is from Egypt or Syria. We are definitely returning again!

While the breakfast quality is acceptable, it falls short in terms of variety and needs significant improvement. The corridors have an unpleasant odor, which detracts from the overall experience. It is essential to address this issue by using fragrances and ensuring proper ventilation through the air-conditioning fresh air intake.

The hotel is truly remarkable, situated in one of Dubai's most attractive destinations, Palm Island. The architectural style of the hotel is elegant, and the furniture is tastefully chosen. I booked a two-bedroom apartment suite, which was exceptional. It was spacious, featuring a large balcony with views of both the open sea and the palm beach. The swimming pool, overlooking Palm Island, is marvelous. The restaurant offers several tables in the garden area, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Mohammed from Syria at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality and support. He was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and professional.

There are many hotels on Palm Jumeirah that are exclusive and have good service and facilities. This hotel stands out in my opinion for the feeling of special privacy and that you feel as if you are the only guest in the hotel. There are about 30 to 40 people maximum at breakfast in the restaurant, and 5-6 people at the pool. There are twice as many sunbeds as guests on the beach, even though the hotel was full. Peace and quiet without crowd in all parts of the hotel. A large, beautiful park with feeling like you are in some villa in Tuscany and not in Dubai.

We returned to this amazing hotel after spending three days in Abu Dhabi. We wish we never had left. At the end of the day Kempinski at the Palm Jumeirah is one unique experience. Ether you go on family vacation ether on a romantic escape it is the perfect location! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed!!

From the moment we arrived at the Kempisnki Hotel in palm jumeirah all the staff were very kind and tried to help us in every little detail you can imagine, without asking. Everybody is with a big real smile ready to assist us and make our experience in the hotel and Dubai generally as good as it gets. We were travelling with our 3.5 year old son and everybody at the hotel make him feel like his home, and then we realised it was the absolute family destination hotel. We had an ocean view two bedroom apartment which was huge, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is 10/10 with extra free choices with delicious eggs in any forms you desire. The ladies in red were asking you everyday how is the accommodation going so far, and if there was anything more they could do to make it better. A true paradise just 18 kms outside the noisy and busy Dubai. You realise that when you walk in the beautiful gardens of the hotel and spend time at the huge pool and the wonderful private beach they have.The absolute destination for family vacation!! We would definitely coming back in the near future!

I guess the mattress in the master bedroom should have been changed, it should be a bit softer and less used, the second room was fine. The hair drier should be available at the bathroom as there was no proper socket available at the dressing table and the cord was too short. Breakfast - it is quite a standard to have scrambled-fried eggs available as the part of the buffet and not to order it it every morning.
