We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Evrything was fine: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful day staying in one of the best properties in Dubai Marina – Cayan Tower. The apartment was immaculate and met all the standards we were looking for. The furniture selection was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. The communication with our hosts, KEY ONE Homes, was fantastic. Their experienced staff truly made our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to Rhyiad for being an exceptional host! His communication skills are unmatched, and he always keeps his word. Thank you, Rhyiad, for making our stay so pleasant. We hope to stay with you again in the future!

Location was great! View from the 35floor was wonderful. From the 6th floor pools you’ll get a awesome view towards the Marina. The host assistant ”Abdul” was very supportive, easy to communicate! We enjoyed our stay with “Key One”.

Czech RepublicThe check in is advertised on the site as from 6pm to 22pm but had to get in touch to find out there is a box lock to access the keys no matter the arrival time.. It creates uncertainty and anxiety while booking. Also the flat might need a refresh as it is a little bit aging....
The flat's location is really great! Next to it the Marina Gate Carrefour for groceries.

IndiaReception guys are very bad. We went early to property and informed earlier also. But they did not allow us to sit in reception and they did not keep the luggage. We waited outside of building for more than 3 hrs. This is somewhat feel very bad. We will not chose Cayan tower in future.

HungaryAlthough the apartment itself is good and comfortable it is poorly equipped (there was no dishwashing liquid, no sponge, and we had only one hand towel for 2 bathrooms). The staff tries to do its best but you have the feeling that the owner should invest a little bit to improve quality. The canape bed was uncomfortable and it collapsed once, one of the curtains was not fully operating (so the living room was very bright early morning) and there were problems with the drainage too.
Good location, everything which is necessary within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc). Good value for money, but there are compromises.

Czech RepublicHalf of our stay didn't work Internet connection, apartment was quite dirty. Many things didn't work properly like curtains, AC in living room after some time started to make a clapping noise. The faucet was moving, armrest was broken. There were no garbage bags in bins, no cleaning stuff for washing dishes. There is definitely space for progress if the owner will better take care of the apartment.
