I've stayed here over 15 times both with family and for business. There is a reason I keep coming back! Facilities to staff, this is a gem of a hotel. My kids were babies when we first came, and now teenagers, there is still plenty for them to do and has been for all ages!

Hotel did not dissapoint at any point. Everything was great.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. First I would like to mention location: it was super comfortable near Qasr al Watan and Corniche. Room was spacious, comfortable, with beautiful garden view. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially I would like to mention Zafor.

Regarding the hotel, everything is great. However, there were two factors that were a downside for us, for which the hotel itself is not at fault. Firstly, the sea is a bit deep, making it challenging for non-swimmers since the bottom suddenly drops after 3-4 meters from the shore. Secondly, there are no big supermarkets or malls nearby. The nearest large market turned out to be inside a neighboring hotel.

The Rotana Hotel chain keeps its mark. Stayed last year at Beach Rotana, this year we decided to try Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and have no regrets. Everything is at the highest level. Rooms are spacious, cleaning is excellent. We took a room with a balcony. There was everything you need in the room, even bathroom scales and ironing board with iron. Breakfasts are above praise, very large choice, all fresh and tasty. At breakfast there was a separate corner with a kitchenette for the kids. It's really nice that the hotel takes care of its small and cranky guests. I would like to mention Vanessa, Mamun and the administrator of the restaurant where breakfasts are held, Adil - very attentive and professional staff. As a person who has the opportunity to compare, I want to say that the cuisine and restaurant staff here is superior to other hotels of this chain. Thank them for this very much! The hotel is more suitable for family holidays, with children. There is a playground, entertainment activities for both children and adults. Several pools, both deep and not so deep, with a very comfortable, stepped entrance to the water. The hotel is located in a very quiet location. Near are other expensive hotels, and their guests, with whom you do not come into contact. In walking distance are attractions such as the Kasr Al Watan, and the Mandarin Hotel. Twice a day a shuttle takes guests free of charge to the theme parks in Yas Island. The hotel lobby is well designed. I also recommend you to try the ice-cream in the lobby, it is very tasty))) We hope to come back here again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

I recently stayed at the Khalidiya Palace for the second time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the staff. They are always so attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to assist with any requests or questions. A special mention to Abdelrahman from the reception team, whose kidness and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Very nice staff and service. Breakfasts were really good - very broad choice of dishes. The water was clean. Not so many people. The location is very good - taxi 5’ to Presidential Palace, 20’ to Louvre and Grand Mosque, 35’ to the airport. I didn’t like small amount of elevators (sometimes it was a problem to go down from 3rd floor). The beach is in canal - you don’t feel that you swim in a big sea.

All the facilities were great: private beach, heated pool, rooms, location ,staff very friendly and the breakfast is something out of this world. The boy who was looking after our room was very attentive and friendly. We want to thank him for making our stay really great and comfortable his name is Leikot.

We had the family room. It was big and spacious. The food we enjoyed at the hotel was really good. The cleaning staff were a bit annoying, as they kept waiting outside our room asking when they could clean. We had been away most of the day, but they kept on knocking when we were in the room.

We love the place. It’s so relaxing, it’s near to points of interest in Abu Dhabi. It’s next to the beach, it has a huge pool. They are very accommodating to kids. They have hot towels for cold evenings and great dinner and breakfast! Couldn’t really ask for more!

The dining area is small for that kind number of rooms. Especially grill area has queues where you have to wait 10-15 mins. Also the pillows are very empty and flat, very uncomfortable.

The location, pool and beach facilities are great. Staff is very friendly although some members were not happy when asked something extra. Overall was very great.

One thing that was a bit inconvenient was that for several days in a row, tables were set up at the edge of the pool area for outdoor dinners, and some sun loungers were removed. Also, the music from a nearby café was quite loud and could be heard late at night.

The hotel is well-suited for a family vacation. It has several pools and offers a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner. There are animators organizing different games for children.

-crowded at breakfast and dinner - the rooms are not 5 stars, more like 4 stars - you have a small kitchen in the room but you don't have cutlery or plates - at check out, at 11 or so I couldn't get into the room with the card, the door was locked. - I asked at dinner to blend some food for my little child and they didn't want to, and they didn't let you take it to your room to prepare for your child.

Hotel room was missing a proper hanging airer. It was a bit of it in the bathroom, but i would prefer to have more space to hang wet clothes and swimsuits after the beach. Also fixed shower is a bit unusual to use, would really appreciate to have it in a more flexible settings. We had a feeling that it was a bit lack of personnel, eg in the main restaurant during dinner rush hours it was just 2-3 waiters for quite a few tables. The same for the room cleaning since it was almost never done while we were on the beach, even though personnel asked when they can come at a later time and it was possible to have cleaning after dinner.

Personnel - very polite and willing to help stuff all across the hotel (waiters, cleaning service, reception etc). We asked for the power adapter and was given one quickly. Food - we had breakfast and dinner package, it was really really good. Many dishes from different cuisines, exotic fruits, pastries were good etc. I experienced before in other hotels that you can have a lot of dishes and all of them could be average taste. On the opposite here, dishes selection was not that huge, but almost everything we tried was very tasty. Location - close to UAE presidential palace, 1 small grocery shop nearby and 1 shopping center within 10-15 mins walk with pharmacy, french cafe and large frech grocery store with good fresh fruits selection. All other tourist attraction can be reached by taxi. Beach - private beach on the hotel territory, clean, 100% sand with no stones, calm water with no waves. Sunbeds are a bit too close to each other, other than that it is perfect. Hotel room - clean, large room for 2 adults, comfortable beds, properly working air conditioner, good sound isolation (haven’t heard any noise from neighboring rooms), bath robes and sleepers. Hotel itself is not new, though very well maintained.
