The sound proof is very bad and unfortunately some guests are very noisy even until 2-3 in the night.

Close to the beach by foot or they propose also a shuttle bus. Not too far from the metro. Close to supermarkets (waitrose or aswaaq). Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Gave free water bottles every day.

Brilliant stay – I was lucky to stay here for my first time in Dubai. The location was brilliant (not far from the beach and the running track), the rooftop area was perfect, the staff was nice, the room was comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were top-notch from a staff call Samandar The hotel was spotless, the ambiance was inviting, and every detail was well taken care of. A special mention to Samandar—his outstanding service truly made my stay memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! The only small downside was the limited parking space, but honestly, the excellent service and overall experience more than made up for it. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable short stay. I will definitely be returning!

Special thanks to housekeeper KAUNG( we stayed in room 136). He ensured the room was cleaned and we had enough water supplied for both of us. close to Kite Beach( walking distance even around 10-15 min by foot). Late checkout was accepted which made things easier with a late flight !

The room was modern and clean and the staff were very helpful! Thank you to Nerice for being so helpful with the room cleaning and extra towels and the reception staff for being so accommodating with various requests and extending my stay! The roof top pool was so lovely and peaceful too, and the location is close to everything, will recommend to friends.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have been, probably the best :)

1. Excellent customer service! Other hotels should send their employees to study there. 2. Related to the above. Super room service, special thanks to Sankar, Krisana, Binita. Perfect work every day. 3. Breakfast good: omelet or pancakes are made on request. Other options are ok. 4. Location good. Good to order a taxi or taxi service (Bolt etc.), easy to find and good to stop in front of the house. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Metro stop Equity about 1.5 km away. Very good store Waitrose just around the corner, as well as several good restaurants nearby. Beach also 1.5 km walk away. 5. Hotel room modern, everything you need is there and in good working order. Very good sleep, air conditioning system worked perfectly.

Not the first time, great location, walking distance to beachfront. Rooms clean and All Staff very friendly especially Mr. Samandar who offered me a late check out. Will definitely keep booking here.

Mentioned shuttle service in the description but it’s only once in a day which was little disappointing as this info was not mentioned to us prior. But we could get taxis from this location within a minute.

Breakfast had a wide range of options. Had Indian food as well which came as a surprise to us. We were able to check in little early and the check in & checkout procedure was really quick. Room was clean and neat. Service at the breakfast area was great. Staffs were very helpful.
