We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival at one o'clock in the morning, I was greeted by a very kind person who upgraded my room to a beautiful suite without asking for anything. During my stay, my room was taken care of by Mr. Saurabh, who was kind and available for any request. The room was tidy and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I used the fitness room, which is small but well equipped to stay in shape, as well as the rooftop pool with a beautiful view. For my next trip to Dubai, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. See you soon.

United KingdomNothing much not to like. Just heads up the metro is not accessible on foot,even though the distance is close. But most areas not very pedestrian friendly in general. The rooms don't have windows, you use the control panel to adjust the air con.
Nice hotel. Good swimming pool, friendly polite staff. Good breakfast. Its easy to get to the metro on the number 12 bus just opposite the hotel. And there is a handy Waitrose just a few minutes walk away. The staff can order taxis. They are efficient to arrive. There is a daily free shuttle service to Jumeirah beach and mall of Emirates.
