No thing all were great

The apartment is spacious and clean , 2 bed rooms and one room with a single bed, the building is right beside the address fujeira resort and is run by the same management, so the apartment feels like a hotel room. And we were able to use the hotel facilities like pools, gym and beach with no extra charge. I am definitely coming back again.. We really had a great time!

All TVs were not ready, no clothline, it is very cold even when we turn off the air conditioners, no fan, no peeler, the handle of the kettle is broken, any smell of cooked food even if it is small comes out of the apartment , no soap for dishes or clothes, the internet is unstable, there are very few cockroaches, the amounts of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very small, there is no trash can in one of the rooms, the toaster and coffee machine not working.all soap dispenser are empty,from the second day the dryer does not dry up the clothes,

What I liked about the place/ location, apartment decorations, all services in same area to the residence, the prayer rugs, many bathrooms, the comfortable beds, the stunning views, closet space, the privacy and cleanliness.when we need help they respond quickly.

A brand new, very spacious with a lot of light. We came a family of 4, it was more than enough space for us. Very clean, with all the necessary amenities. With a spacious terrace too. Very close to the pool and the beach. Nothing to say, it was just wow!

The address hotel would not allow me to launch my own inflatable paddle board from their private beach. Instead they said I would need to hire one from them. I have a problem with my hips, and have a specially modified paddle board - so this was not an option.

The apartment was exactly as described - very nice and comfy and close to the beach, pool and gym. Host was great and checking in was super easy. Would recommend to any family. The area is nice and the hotel facilities are top class.

As we only stayed for one evening it would have been good if we were informed that the hot water heaters needed a couple of hours to heat up. This was only because we wanted to enjoy a bath in the evening.

It was a very spacious apartment with great access to all the facilities. It was also extremely relaxing whilst still maintaining a friendly family environment.

The place is clean, modern designed and close to many attractions. Very suitable for small families ( 4 persons) with all amenities needed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items for a good meal cooked. The owner is the best part of the property as they offer the level best to facilitate your stay. Totally recommend the place and definitely going back again.

We had booked apartment for 7 guest and paid for the 7 guest, however the bedding arrangement was only for 5 persons. Since the resort was under Address management we contacted them but they were not ready to help. We called owner but she was not cooperative and refused to make the bedding arrangement for remaining two people.

Location was good, peaceful and adjacent to the beach which was fantastic.
