Maybe adding some avocado at breakfast would be great (I'm an avocado lover!). Complimentary water bottles by the pool would be a nice touch. Also, it would be better if the golf course access were free.

First time at this hotel and we had a great time. Everything was excellent — the room (chalet) was spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing, very focused on customer satisfaction. The Kids and Teens Clubs were great, and the facilities were very good. Real 5 stars in RAK. We will come back for sure.

Just as an idea, I wish to see option for medical pillow. All pillows were wither too thin or too thick.

Hotel is spacious and has lots of facilities. From the moment we entered till we left, the staff was so disciplined and working like a clock. Everything was thought of. This is the first time in UAE I get a proactive gesture by the team asking if I need anything.. well done to whoever put the system for the staff

There are so many activities for children! My daughter was in the kids’ club for hours doing archery, pancake making, scavenger hunts and Zumba. My son was on the floating inflatable playground, in the pool or in the gaming rooms. Food options are wide ranging and reasonably priced. We loved Neo Sky Bar and breakfast at The Market restaurant was great. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The hotel was stunning and spotlessly clean. We had an amazing view from our room. The issue was with the service which was extremely slow. We booked for 3 adults, which was myself, my husband and my mother in law. By logic, as I had booked for 3 adults you would expect 3 beds to be ready. When we arrived to the room there was the double bed and the sofa which was not yet made up into a bed, so I had to call the reception and ask for someone to come to the room to do it. There was also only 2 cups and 2 bathrobes, so again I also had to call and ask for 3 as we were 3 guests. We waited around 1 hour for someone to bring an extra cup and all we wanted to do was sit and enjoy a warm drink on the balcony as a family. At breakfast, we ordered eggs benedict and we waited for around 30 minutes and then asked for an update on the food, as we could not see the waitress we ordered from. Another waiter told us that the waitress forgot about us and did not log our order, so we had to wait again as this was now a new order. I was very frustrated by the disappointing service. Although the hotel was clean and could not fault the beauty of it, part of being on a vacation is about relaxing which I could not do as I felt I was constantly having to follow up with everything.

The hotel is beautiful in a wonderful location The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. The room size is great , the bathroom is spacious and the view is nice despite the constructions everywhere in the area. Everything was very clean. The only thing to improve in the room is the curtain system as we were not able to have a total blackout and woke up because of the sunlight early morning . Overall the experience here was amazing, the gym is well equipped, the breakfast is very good and you have multiple options to choose for lunch and dinner. The pool is great as well, I really recommend this place for families as they have many activities for kids and parents. As a couple who wanted to enjoy some quiet time off far from dubai it was maybe not the best choice during Eid weekend because the place was a bit noisy and not completely relaxing (children, jet ski, etc..) but we will definitely come back with family .

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Service 9/10 We had such a great time at this hotel! Everything was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—so convenient and easy to get around. The staff were beyond friendly and made us feel so welcome. Ms. Josephine at the Market Restaurant was so kind and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Mr. Salah for following up after our stay to make sure everything was perfect—it really showed how much they care about their guests. Some of the fruniture needs maintenance, but what I mostly didn't like was the brunch staff and food quality. in specific the sushi. I remember requesting the salmon slices multiple times but they were very slow and never replenished, as well as the quality of the salmon was not good at all and was all chewy. We also booked the brunch in advance when we checked in, yet when we came they told us we're not registered and weren't able to help us find a table until we insisted. Overall the brunch was the most unpleasant part. Also we think you can do better with optimizing the rooftop bar, wereb't able to find a place and also the staff were not very attentive so we left early. Mainly I guess you have an issue with your restaurants, other than that all was great.

We were absolutely satisfied with the services that the hotel offers. The staff is highly qualified and very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room was perfect upon arrival, but even when we returned from a day at the beach, the room was cleaned again and prepared for the night. It was nice to see the touches like the slippers they put next to each side of the bed and tiny chocolates on each pillow. Our son's bed was also prepared, without us even asking. The hotel does a lot of extra activities for guests, especially for the little ones. This place literally has everything you need from a 5-star resort.
