overall, everything was amazing. The place is so comfortable, the privacy, and the experience of cooking the dinner, and the breakfast by our own outdoor, and the gathering at night for tea and a movie. everything was prepared and the staff replies so fast when you ask for something.

The atmosphere is phenomenal, The Dome was astonishing & the amenities was neat, although I stayed for One night it’s a lifetime experience I’m mostly Happy & satisfied with the outcome, everything related to my stay is beyond my expectations & worth it

The unit for heating the pool was a little loud next to our dome but just asked the staff to turn it off in the night so was fine.

The privacy, completely different to the normal hotel type stay and the staff were great and very helpful.

It's more rocky than desert. They should consider adding a bit more shade outside so one can enjoy being outside/using the pool in the afternoon. The small shade they have for the table is not sufficient. Wish the ceilings of the pods were transparent so you could really see stars/moon while inside. It should be made very clear that you need to bring your own food as they don't have a restaurant or room service on site. They do supply bbq items, but at an additional charge. No light switch for the pool/ outdoor lights (or I couldn't find it) Saying this I would still come back knowing more now, but I feel they implement some of the changes in this feedback it would enhance the experience and enhance value for money.

Need to improve the food and also the dishes in the room. Is mentioning that you have everything, but not, glasses for ex you guys don’t have, only plastic. And if I bring my own food I don’t have space to store it. So… will be nice if you guys improve the food and dishes

The food meals are expensive, but delicious.

It was an extremely relaxing and cozy stay. The pool temperature was controlled so the water was perfectly warm. The view was great. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. With not much activities on ground, it was so fun to cook our own meals.

Food needs some work. Extremely overpriced, we are happy we didn’t have dinner but took things for bbq coz breakfast was nothing, and as a bonus you cook it yourself for this price. I’m totally happy to cook myself but not paying 300 AED for that😄
