The facilities were good value for money, the staff were all good in their behaviour. Special mention to Maqsood who helped us to move our stuff around.

The view was only good for the higher floors, and rooms facing the other way, otherwise you only see the parking. Also, in some of the rooms the soundproofing is not good and I was woken up at 5 am by the sound coming from the mosque.

The staff was very cooperative and provided great service, especially Mr Khan, Mr Maqsood and Mr Abdul. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable and clean, although I would opt for a harder pillow which you can ask for by calling them on the telephone. The view of the mosque was great on a high floor room. The breakfast was very good and fresh, although not many options for food.

The pillows are super super comfortable!! The staff at reception are friendly and welcoming. They accommodated all our needs with a smile and almost no waiting time . This property is close to supermarkets and accessible to attractions in the area.

It's been our 2nd time with Rotana hotels, and the quality of our stay was exceptionally good. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there are few hotels with such a great level of service and attention towards the guests! Everyone was doing his best to make sure we are happy with the stay. The breakfast was amazing, with great food variety forv every taste, and John was super nice! We didn't have enough time to visit the pool and the gym, well try next time 😀

Parking slots are narrow

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel . From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel right at home. Just minor things. Parking was challenging as we parked in the complex. The parking spots were really small. However there are few parking spots outside that are a bit bigger. But regardless we had a nice experience in the hotel.
