Everything was absolutely amazing - team at the reception was very kind and assigned us an incredibly beautiful room that had everything and more for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. Everyone was very kind and attentive, there was not a moment where there was no one around to guide us, whatever and whenever you need is there for you. Territory of the resort is breathtaking and quite big so buggies come handy to move around, plus it’s fun! If you are looking for an oasis to hide in a concrete jungle, this is definitely the place! Great breakfast choices, beautiful pools, huge quiet beach, lots of restaurants and activities available.

We didn't enjoy our dinner at the Moroccan restaurant Tagine at the Palace. It was not up to the standard we expect from O&O.

We've been coming to the Residence & Spa for many years and we still love it for its feeling of exclusivity and tranquility. The gardens and pool are beautiful. Breakfasts are always a highlight as is the Asian fusion restaurant Eauzone.

breakfast and food offering was top, advisable to take half board as a la carte is quite pricey, beverages like everywhere a bit overpriced. Service was everywhere amazing

The best hotel I've stayed in in Dubai. A dreamlike experience. The place is exceptionally beautiful and stunning. The staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurants are amazing, the private beach is calm and clean. The Royal Suite gives you a truly royal experience.

We lived at the palace. At arrival we got an upgrade and the staff made us feel special thru the whole stay. Very helpful staff, nice area, beautiful beach and a nice breakfast. Easy access around the Dubai.

Was overall not as special as I expected. Pool not as nice as expected - the pool that is advertised is for Residence guests only, so that was a bit misleading.

Nice garden, nice design (stayed at Arabian Court), beautiful breakfast restaurant design, very nice and helpful staff, very welcoming and wonderful.
