Great facilities, service was awesome and staff was very accommodating, from valet to Micheal our bellman, Roland the front office staff and his entire team, to Michelle the restaurant manager. Even the lifeguards were excellent!

I didn't like the people selling perfume in the lobby. They tried to sell it to me whenever I walked past them. It reminded me of being on the beach on Mexico and being approached to buy things all day. I also didnt like the smell of it in the lobby. I probably wouldnt stay here again for that reason.

Lunch and dinner package cost felt a bit high. Though Dinner spread was good but the taste felt average as compared to breakfast and lunch.

I went for my wife's birthday and they not just accomodated early check-in but also gave us complimentary cake and room decoration. The cake was amazing. Thanks Ashik for taking care of it. Thanks Khin for the smooth checkin and checkout and thanks Monju for the help with the luggage. We took the lunch and dinner package and breakfast was already included. Breakfast and lunch was great and with lot of varieties. Dinner was ok, taste and spread was average though dinner was the costler package as compared to lunch. The pool and beach accessibility is amazing and well maintained. The room was amazing, spacious, all digital and we had took pool/sea view with balcony. The hotel and lobby area is all great and well maintained. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and love to come again. Thanks for having us.

Service and receptionist Khin was amazingly helpful. The entire stay was smooth and she even ask me if I need late check out. Very helpful and explained me all hotel packages and food options. I recommend for this hotel and her service

There was only Massage therapist on duty, hence we were unable to do a couples massage.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The spa was simply incredible—an oasis of tranquility where we could fully unwind. The children's playroom was a delight, keeping our little one entertained and happy. The pool was fantastic, and we especially loved the convenient access to the ocean, making every beach day effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a perfect place for both relaxation and family time. Everything was so clean, ir gives you the arabic vibe and geles so comfortable. Highly recommended. It’s easy to walk from there to umbrella beach where you can find a lot of spots to eat or have a coffee. Also an arcade is near by.
