Mariana took care of every single detail as it was a special weekend with my partner, they even gave us an upgrade despite the low availability, the details were exceptional: from the decorations in the room to the drinks and late check-out, u couldn’t have asked for more 😍

Elegant chilled hotel - all of the luxury of most high end UAE resorts without the OTT flashiness or tackiness that blight other smart Gulf resorts! Not an adult only resort but children's pool is neatly separated from main pool area and kids facilities seem good without monopolizing the resort. We were all adults and felt we had all the benefit of an adults holiday while also scoping out somewhere that could be good to return to with our kids. Staff super lovely, professional and friendly (we particularly liked that they are allowed to be presences - we find the hotels that expect staff to blend into the background disturbingly dystopian!)

The prices for the meals inside the hotel are high. Every meal for two in the hotel's restaurants is 120-150 euro. At that I should admit that the food in the hotel's restaurants was very good even in comparison with good restaurants in the city. But nevertheless the hotel left me with a subtle feeling of a trapped mouse - if you want to eat, you should spend 1,5x more than you would have wanted to. There are no alternatives. It was unexpected for me. So next time I would have taken all-inclusive or would have reserved up to 50% of the accommodation's price for the meals.

The room was big, the wi-fi was strong, stable and everywhere, even on the beach, the breakfasts were exceptionally good and diverse, the beach was clean, spare towels were clean and laying everywhere, the food in the restaurants was tasty, the staff was super friendly, the TV had Netflix and HDMI and worked with my Macbook, there was a bathtub in the room, the city was rather close (though it is almost nothing to do there), so it is a good place to spend a week reading, swimming, lying on the beach, watching movies and doing generally nothing.

The plunge pool in the villa needed some TLC as there were cracked tiles and looked like it needed a clean.

The staff are simply exceptional. Go above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautiful location and beach. The pool villas are incredibly spacious and have everything you need.

There were no parking areas within the hotel for guests with vehicles and we had to use the valet service every time we needed to leave the hotel. It could get quite busy at times.

I was very happy with my room which was spacious and quiet and overlooked the garden. I really enjoyed the selection at breakfast as well and the service was excellent. I also enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant by the pool. The hotel is in a very good location very close to the Saadiyat nights concert venue. I was very happy to be upgraded to a great room as well.

Clearly there are lots of visitors to the restaurants outside of hotel guests and we found them booked completely for the first three nights, so it would be nice to get a little warning to pre-book that if desired.

Staff super helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic and all inclusive which makes it such a leisurely pleasure. The room was very comfortable and nicely laid out. All the little birthday messages and treats were really appreciated and a lovely touch, especially the rose petals. Also appreciated the glass bottled complimentary water and refills. We loved the gym and went every day and used the spa for the valentines massage package which was great. Having pools and a beach was also a nice balance.

The staff was one of the kindest that we have ever experienced. Location is the best in Abu Dhabi and the facilities are exceptional. Great gym and pools too.

The only thing is we have a small kid and one night we went to the italian restaurant, but the second night we wanted a simple choise at the cafe and they had in the website a la carte menu separetely from buffet but when we asked for it they say only buffet. To be honest the only way to get a burger was room service which is not what we wanted. So we had to go outside.

Highly recommend this place! The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with multiple choices. The beach with white sand and best views. Also Park Hyatt kindly prepared a special surprise for my birthday and honeymoon. We really enjoyed our every moment here.
