They can improve the door locks and handles for more security. Also, we are not able to swim in the beach due to cleanliness and very shallow.

The swimming pool is great. The flexibility of the hotel when it comes to timing. They allowed us to check in 1.5hrs prior to the scheduled check in and also allow us to do late check out for 1hr without any charges. The restaurants and their foods are nice as well. The Pearl Retail also allowed us to purchase some alcoholic stuff and non-Muslim items which saved our time instead of going to other places.

Pearl hotel and spa always provides a relaxing vacation for the family. Outdoor heated pool was fantastic, beach and play facility for children was a big plus. The Salt & Mud products were so luxurious that we had to buy our own from reception. Staff are always helpful and friendly. This was our fourth staycation at Pearl and hopefully not our last.

sometimes finding a parking spot proves challenging but other than that during any of my stays i still haven't experienced something i would put as a serious dislike.

peace and quiet of the location, proximity of interesting locations such as mangrove beach, kite beach, UAQ fort, zoo and of course Little Bavaria restaurant.

Considering it’s in UAQ, there isn’t much to do after u get out of the place. Also wld be much better if there was many more cavities to do rather than gym pool.

It’s very family friendly, perfect if u want a family fun getaway. The pool is really awesome plus the reatuarents offer a variety of tasty foods and staff is extremely good too.

The air freshener in the room was overwhelming, so we turned it off and managed to sleep after. I also should have bought mosquito repellant, as we sat outside, there's a lot of mosquitos in the evening. The beach did not look inviting to swim in, but I still liked sitting by the beach to relax.

Booked the studio with pool view, room was comfortable, clean and had amenities (dental, slippers, towels, toiletries, etc). The toiletries are really good. We had lunch at the bavarian restaurant and the food and beers are good. There's a retail store within the hotel premises that sells alcohol and mostly Filipino food products and costs way less than Dubai prices. We bought seafood from the central market nearby and borrowed a grill from the hotel, so we cooked by the beach/pool area. Shisha provided by Raad was very nice as he didn't make it too strong as per my request. Thank you to all the staff, they are very helpful in this hotel.

The swimming pool is too cold even during noon time.

The staffs are really helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the terrace in front of the pool where friends can gather and have good conversations. Also great place to have shisha. They also have a place for grilling. Near the retail store and our favorite Filipino restaurant, Barako Grill.

That the infinity pool was closed for maintenance.

Location, rooms were spacious, balcony with a view. Restaurants on the premises. We brought family visiting and they loved it.
