Only one thing made me scratch my head. I was travelling with a friend; we had booked a twin bedroom, i.e. two separate beds. So, if two people are unwilling to share a bed, why does the hotel put a massive window between the room and the bathroom? If I'm not willing to share a bed with the person I'm travelling with, why would I be interested in seeing what the person is doing in the bathroom?? :D It had a blind that could be pulled down, so it wasn't an issue, and I had nothing else to say with regard to things I didn't like - so I thought I'd bring this up because it was funny.

The room had everything it needed, very tidy and well equipped. The breakfast was really good, I enjoyed the selection in the buffet and also that there was an option to order a few items off a menu. Staff were super friendly and nice! We arrived in Dubai very late and had given the hotel a heads up that we would be checking in around 2am - everything was ready and prepared, the check-in was sorted really quickly and smoothly, which helps after a long flight.

The room had somethings that didnt work properly. Like the water in the sink would not flow correctly and when flushing the toilet it would keep the water running.

Great place to stay there are restaurants and pharmacies, spas, salons and minimarkets around that are couple steps away, almost anything you need and close to most tourist destinations. Has great view and extremely clean rooms and lovely hosts Its a safe location for solo travelers with high sense of security and organization I would recommend this place to everyone and I’ll definitely come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏽 Thanks to shiva and rida and prasad and oddity and seqlain and everyone else for the great help and hospitality 🙏

Room had some defects. The socket was not working at the night stand. Flush was weak also the shower pressure. Pool staff has to be more attentive also the sunbeds were dirty.

The Staff is good! The facility offers a variety of bars and restaurants. Sun is available at pool area. Very nice gym. It is good located and offers a reasonable price for what it is.

It's definitely not a five-star hotel. Small lobby. Very noisy air conditioning. Medium rooms and lighting.

TV didn’t work, mould on bath surround, tired decor, cleaners never hoovered the rugs. Bathroom tap was wonky, poor mini bar food, actually really cheap. Borderline 3 star rooms I’m afraid. The management need to look at their offering and ask themselves some serious questions.

Nice rooftop bar and views. Restaurant was excellent and the staff were brilliant. 20 minute walk to the Mall but safe and nice area.
