The breakfast was boring,nothing really special. The only thing you would like to eat is his dogs and egg can’t really see an interesting amount of food it’s just the same everyday and very simple for such a good hotel! When ever we wanted the rooms ti be cleaned, the only thing that we noticed was cleaned was the bed which was only made and everything else stayed in it’s place. Even empty Pepsi cans was at its place not even thrown away. The staff for cleaning the rooms was really horrible couldn’t notice a difference in the rooms after being cleaned. In the weekends they had some party’s and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of people talking and shouting and it was annoying.

I found a small stain on the bedsheet. I ordered medium rare steak in brothus but it came nearly well done. Plus, there was a staff who came into my room without waiting for my response.

The customer service in lounge, brothus and front desk were excellent.

Wifi connection was unstable. TV doesn't work well due to connection. Entrance to hotel is usually congested; will be good to relook at the traffic flow/direction.

Breakfast was not great. Food lay out, taste, variety, healthy choices were all deficient. latte-Macchiato was terrible.

The location near downtown. Spacious bright modern rooms. Amazing view over the canal. Great staff and great management. The French restaurant is so amazing with a wide variety and tasty choices. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again. Regards to Mr. Wael Haddad.l who was very hospitable and professional.

Mentioned to Reservation Manager via booking.com chat that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary yet nothing was done when we entered our room. Do not mention something and not follow through. Learn from Mark to honour your words. Security guard and other staffs hanging around at the lobby needs more training in greeting ALL guests. Do not wait for guests to greet you first. That's a basic. If you prefer a family-friendly environment with no loud music blasting away or impatient drivers honking away or scantily dressed guests especially on a Friday or Saturday night, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The lobby, the lifts and even the dining restaurant are always crowded. Reminds me of the market place. The room and bathroom need to be renovated. Curtains are falling apart, sliding glass door cannot be closed fully and always making screechy sound and carpets need to be vacuumed thoroughly.

Grateful for Mark from the front office desk. A warm and welcoming guy. He gave us a lasting impression. Our conversation somehow led us to mentioning our daughter’s birthday and wedding anniversary. He took the initiative and surprised us with cake and decorations when we came back to our room. That was a lovely gesture. Thank you Tessa from the front office desk for the warm welcome, smooth check-in and for acceding to all our requests. Always ready with her warm smile and assistance. Excellent customer service which others should follow suit. Location is few minutes away from Dubai Mall. There’s Domino pizza and mini mart right beside the hotel.

Socket was broken, but it was fixed immediately. Shower holder was broken, but it also was fixed immediately.

Swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast was good, staff was very welcome and useful.

although service has already been included in all the bills in the hotel, waiters kind of expected some extra tips. the la mer beach where hotel shuttle was going is a complete disaster - they should find a better alternative for hotel guests or not take them anywhere at all

everything was clean and nice looking. the room service was great. breakfast had good variety of food. amazing spa with very professional therapists - one of the highlights of the whole stay
