Not enough umbrellas in sun exposed areas

We stayed in the Premier corner room with sea view and it’s honestly the best room in the whole hotel. The balcony wraps around the room for a full view of the beach and Blue Waters Island. The breakfast has a good spread and a live eggs anyway station. The room is clean and housekeeping staff are highly responsive to any requests. The pool area is wonderful with a private beach, but limited shaded areas so you need to come early to get shaded lounges. Special mention to the Front Office Manager, Mr Ajinkya Modi, for his friendly and warm hospitality during my check out. Overall a great stay, and will highly recommend the Premier Corner Room…just bring some ear plugs if you want to catch an early night to drown out the loud evening music from the beach club opposite the room.

When we checked in @3am the room we had asked for wasn’t available so we were put in a different room for the first night, the staff were very accommodating and helpful with us. We’re not beach lovers and would not spend all day on the beach and was surprised at such an expensive hotel you had to pay for the limited number of beach sun beds, which meant we didn’t spend any time on the beach.

The location was perfect, staff were all so attentive and friendly. The room was stunning, thank you to Jaklr who cleaned our room he was so kind and made it perfect for us. I loved the cafe in reception, did really good coffee and the breakfast had good choices, Allain made great omlettes! The rooftop bar/pool was so nice had an amazing, view of West beach. We also used the hotels beach club which was so nice and did good food/drinks.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. They upgraded our room for a sea view. Room clean and spacious. Nice big bed. Good facilities. Loved it. Only downside was that you could hear the music from the street when in bed.

Very pleasant Stay, with great beach and the staff at the beach was amazing. Breakfast was also very good, but avoid high peak if you don’t like the crowd and noise. You have everything you want, gym, two pools, one on the 1st floor, and one ond the rooftop but, this one was adults only. The room Had everything you need, and also socket outlets are usable for EU charges. The staff was very nice, we didn’t have any uncomfortable situations.

We had a problem with the checking in. We requested twin beds and a room near to the elevator. We were unable to check in at the stated time of 3pm and then the room had a double bed so I spoke to reception and they the changed our room but by this time I had been awake for 24 hours so I and my elderly mother were very tired.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite and helpful.

It was quite noisy at night especially on Friday/ the weekend. The air con was also quite noisy too and woke me up a couple of times.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, I didn’t use many of the facilities as Dubai has so much to offer. The location is perfect when staying on the Palm.
