the reception staff, Feyana and Esraa. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were truly commendable. They efficiently handled check-in and check-out, answered all my questions, and even provided valuable local recommendations. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant experience left a lasting impression. I will definitely return to this hotel, largely thanks to Feyana outstanding service.

Booked for 3 adults and had difficulty obtaining an extra bed. Finally got it delivered to the room at 2am despite requesting it at 8pm. If a booking is made for a triple room, then 3 beds, 3 mugs and sufficient towels to cater for 3 should be provided.

Staff are great. Sauron look after us really well. Health spa gave a very good discount to hotel guests.

We stay here many times during the year. The carpets are full of dirty stains and marks. The pillows are very flat. No head support.

Looking at the surrounded area where the hotel is located, and then seeing such amazing Radisson pop out front of your eyes … The feeling that it provides you with is full of charm , relaxed & happiness.

The bathroom seems overused and the room carbet needs to be changed. The rooms walls are not soundproof and you can hear anyone from neighbour rooms or corridor and also from the bathroom you can hear people on the next room using it. I had also a bad experience with Valet, my rented car was new and didn't have any scratch, the day I returned the car in the airport for my flight we inspected and observed a scratch mark on the side door which was not there at the beginning and I only used the car for 2 days and most of the day I'm in the hotel so didn't use it much. This is highly possible that the in the Valet parking area this scratch is made from other car door hitting my rental car, it is unfortunate but it happened.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff were humble and nice, the breakfast was good and had good variety and the dining area is clean.
