Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesI have been living in the UAE for six years, but my experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel was unexpectedly disappointing, especially for a so-called five-star establishment. 1. From the first day, I had a feeling that my stay would not match the five-star expectations. 2. The condition of the furniture, including cupboard doors and the TV table, was more in line with a one- or two-star hotel rather than a luxury property. 3. The sliding glass doors in the balcony were so unclean that curtains were almost unnecessary. To make things worse, even the curtains seemed outdated. 4. My most unforgettable disappointment was at the Breeze restaurant, which claims to be international but is, in reality, a Western-focused restaurant. There were no Indian dishes available for lunch, and only one option at breakfast. This clearly shows a lack of consideration for Indian guests, despite a significant portion of the staff being from India. Thankfully, Mr. Basir was kind enough to assist, but unfortunately, my family and I had to settle for just rice for lunch. 5. On the bright side, the Masala restaurant offered a variety of Indian dishes along with pleasant music. However, it only opens for dinner at 6:00 PM. I strongly suggest extending its hours to include lunch as an alternative to Breeze. 6. While I appreciate the 20% discount given due to the bad experience at Breeze, an empty stomach is not something a discount can fix. 7. Thank you for the two complimentary fruit dishes. 8. The housekeeping team was commendable, consistently following up and ensuring good service. Overall, I would rate this as a three-star hotel by Western standards. It is ironic that the hotel employs many Indian staff members but does not cater to Indian guests properly, despite a considerable number of Indian visitors. Suggestions: Include Indian dishes in the dining options so that Indian guests can enjoy a fulfilling meal.

United Arab EmiratesI have been living in the UAE for six years, but my recent stay at Radisson Blu was unexpectedly disappointing, falling far below five-star standards. 1. From the first day, I had a feeling that my stay would not be as pleasant as expected from a five-star hotel. 2. The furniture, including cupboard doors and the TV table, appeared worn out, resembling that of a one or two-star hotel rather than a luxury establishment. 3. The sliding glass doors in the balcony were so unclean that curtains were almost unnecessary, and the curtains themselves were outdated. 4. My worst experience was at Breeze Restaurant, which claims to be international but primarily caters to Western cuisine. There were no Indian dishes available for lunch and only one option at breakfast, despite many Indian guests and staff at the hotel. Fortunately, I met Mr. Basir, a helpful and accommodating staff member, who was willing to assist in preparing Indian food. However, my family and I had to settle for just rice due to the lack of options. 5. On a positive note, Masala Restaurant provided a variety of Indian dishes with pleasant music. However, it only operates from 6:00 PM for dinner. I strongly suggest extending its hours to include lunch as an alternative to the limited choices at Breeze. 6. As compensation for the poor dining experience, the hotel offered a 20% discount, which I appreciate, but it does not make up for the discomfort of having limited food options. 7. Thank you for the two complimentary fruit dishes. 8. Housekeeping was well-managed, with staff checking in regularly to ensure cleanliness and comfort. 9. Overall, the hotel feels more like a three-star property by Western standards. While many staff members are Indian, the hotel does not seem interested in catering to Indian guests, despite their significant presence. 10. I strongly recommend adding more Indian dishes to the dining options so that Indian guests can have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

Australiathe room key would stop working every day. 8 times we had to get a new programed key. the paint was coming off the bath. the hair dryer would only work for 1min then over heat. there was little hot water in the ensuite so had to use the main bathroom there was no water pressure at all in either ensuite nor bathroom you could not bond to the tv as the wifi would cut out every 30 seconds wifi horrific order a taxi from the hotel and pay the hotel , an extra $30 for the hotel ???? ice was $15 and the drinks were well over priced as for 5 star ? i would rate it as a 3 at best.
the food was the only good thing the place had to offer. as well as a really cheap drinks oflicence on site

United Arab EmiratesThe place is fully depreciated, facilities are extremely old, suite was spacious yet disastrously old and depreciated! The hotel rate is five star but equal to 2 stars in UAE level. I recommend any one who is willing to pay the prices they are charging to have another facility that is truly five stars with proper facilities and proper suites.
