It was dated. The shower was weak and very tiny although I’m not a very big guy. The breakfast didn’t have many option. Just a couple of cheese options, boiled and scrambled eggs and some cereal. Would be better to offer more options.

The breakfast prices seemed a bit high.

The Staff was very helpful. We required an early check-in and the receptionist was very considerate and got us a room within an hour. The service, facilities and location are just superb. I am surely visiting again.

Check in experience wasn’t comfortable at all, the staff dealt with me in a way that made me upset and disappointed from the first minute, the room was without slippers and the shower holder was broken and always falling down

The only problem that I can see is to ride and use a normal taxi, it make me very uncomfortabile as the other limousine taxi service as they are always running after you to make you an offer, which is much more expensive than the other normal once with the meter and excepting all credit card to pay.

People are very Kind, especially the one serving breakfast with the name Zara from Pakistan as she love serving people to make them enjoying their stay, I wish that all the team be the same like her.

Swimming opening hours is at 8:00 am. For a business traveller, it's late.

There was a lack of communication between the restaurant (breakfast service) and the front desk. We were informed that our booking did not include breakfast and that our names were not on the list for complimentary breakfast. After waiting for confirmation, the waiter returned and stated it was not free. To avoid any further discussion, we simply responded, "No problem, we will pay." However, breakfast was indeed included in our booking. We chose not to raise the issue with the restaurant staff and instead informed the front desk during check-out. The front desk confirmed that breakfast was included and assured us we would not be charged. They also apologized for the misunderstanding.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and impressive, featuring a large bathroom with a bathtub, though we didn’t use it. It also had a balcony overlooking the creek, providing an amazing view.

Location is usually busy and not the best but complementary shuttle to Dubai Mall and beach is available. Breakfast and food are a bit pricey

Services are exceptional, rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable. Staff is well trained, very friendly, polite and professional. I felt extremely safe during my stay. Security guards are surprisingly polite.

The building is a bit old We were charged twice! But when we brought it to the attention of manager, he reversed the payment.

The rooms were amazing! Really spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. Very close to the Souks and you can easily take a boat across Deira Creek to the shops on the other side. Would recommend staying here.

Outdoor parking in the hot sun wasn't great for my car. We waited for an hour for an additional bed which we requested with this booking. My child fell asleep before the bed eventually came on the first night.

Breakfast and the variety available was great. Moon in the breakfast restaurant was fabulous. We also had a smooth check in process with Vinaf. There is a wonderful selection of restaurants downstairs.
