We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel and staff were great, the wifi and internet speeds were not good, if you are there on business and need internet to work on video calls and live sheets and files , I recommend they improve their internet. Apart from that was very happy with my stay!

The STAFF were super nice always smiling people. The pool was the best in whole Dubai. We spend one month in Dubai, different locations, your pool was refreshing temperature was perfect we enjoyed every minute :) Early check in was possible.Later check out was possible. Russiabathroom could be bigger, no slippers, touchpad in the room was not working, fridge is almost not working too.
Good location, near Union metro station. Nice view on the Creek. Very good gym and decent swimming pool. Breakfast is OK. Tea from the teabag, good coffe machine, main dishes depend on the cook. You can get vouchers to the restaurants. Persian I did not like, Fish market is OK. Bed is comparatively good.
