Valet parking Always valet parking make my car scratch or damage and I can’t don’t nothing And for this issue I can’t go to this hotel any more If they don’t care about this staff I should change my hotel

The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE's crown - Raffles The Palm Dubai - truly a golden moment to see my dream coming true where I stayed during my solo vacation in Dubai😃. Unparalleled opulence, unforgettable moments that I spent by indulging onto the sunset and moments of peace from my Premier Ocean View room. Ocean breeze, salty hair and a view to die for...it's like waking up in paradise. Breakfast is like royalty at the Le Jardin Restaurant. Elevated my morning with a touch of luxury and a full plate of some authentic Emarati and Arabic with a base of beans, chickpeas, shakshuka, cheese salads and many more protein packed dishes graced the spread. Savoured the finest Eggs Benedict studded with half done eggs, Salmon, spinach and hollandaise sauce. The bakery spread is a grand affair laced with sheer delights like the finest garlic croissant, gooey choco chip muffins. After breakfast, I enjoyed the sun-kissed serenity that awaits at the poolside oasis where palm trees sway, the turquoise waters sparkle and every poolside moment is a masterpiece of tranquility. Truly a tropical heaven in the heart of Dubai.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff are top class and incredibly polite and helpful. Loved the pool but the beach and sea felt slightly weird. The bedroom was bliss and the bed incredibly comfortable. Should mention the breakfast staff who were super attentive and remembered how I liked my coffee and eggs. Nothing was too much trouble.

The laundry service was slow i hanngged my cloths at night as i am used to in every hotel i stayed in but the clothes stayed hangged for like half a day Also putting new toiletries takes the staff forever and they don't put everything The mini bar i looked for the menu with the prices there was no menue please provide it

Some rooms are under renovation, annoying sounds of drills in the morning times, but hotel manager was amazing, changed us a quiet room ASAP. The one thing I hated about the hotel was the experience at the beach lounge( the middle part / with the blue seats) the beach person in charge (with the ponytail) was extremely rude. We went there on Tuesday 27/8/24 around 11:00, he didn't even say good morning, asked you want to sit here? What's your room number? and left, we asked for the bucket with refreshments and he slammed it in the table, without saying anything and left. He gave us 3 refreshment drinks instead if 4, in which is supposed to be 4 by protocol. I saw another women coming with her kids and he did the same exactly thing and he didn't offer them at all the refreshment bucket, in which he's supposed to. He's a downgrade to the hotel.

The staff were polite, the hotel was clean.

Puffy Russian ladies working in front desk that are very far from being welcoming, there are sooo many super welcoming by nature nations that work in Dubai to choose employees from… Anyway we moved to One&Only and it was great

The duplex suite is amazing, with decent furniture, spectacular decoration as if you are in a vintage Palace. The staff are indeed friendly, cooperative, decent and very responsive. Food and drinks are great. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool, both are great. This resort is best spot to relax.

Just the best. Now this is what you call hospitality. Whatever I had requested, the answer was yes to it and was done so in few minutes. I would have preferred a higher floor to get a better sea view since i specifically booked for it but hey, i did get an early checkin so not complaining. I know rooms are subject to availability. Dont worry about the service or the facilities. Just book it!!
