The room looks old and dirty Rest room disgusting stinky and moldy Housekeeping is not clean properly My check in I didn’t get tissue paper, slippers . Breakfast not nice at all 😕 I didn’t like it The hotel need renovations and change all furniture, carpets, curtains, rest rooms also to improve the selection of breakfast My rate is 0%

No bath robe and towels seemed dirty and also small. I travel to other places and find towels of bigger size

I didn't like Every thing .

It was my lifetime worst stay ever The so called Hotel is a rubbish dirty no cleaning the staff are of a very bad behaviour they stole from me extra charge of 300 UAE and the last day breakfast charges The food is only cheap Indian food. I request booking to remove it from the list. When I asked to see the manager they didn't accept

The hygiene was very poor not a 4 star but 2 star very out dated. The owners must take action remember quality amenities is much needed. Bathroom with lekkage hair dryer in an imaginable place. Toiletries from 1 star hotel.

Lets see it needs a lot of changes which i have already explained in details to the manager lots of respect to him.

- Staff had a very very very bad attitude and is inexperienced - No Cleanliness - Comforter not clean - Carpets have never been cleaned, and feet become black - No room service for food even though there is a menu - No cutlery - Ironbox is from the 1980s, and they don't provide iron board, I was told to use the coffee table - Hotel don't have parking you have to pay $11 per day - "Massage" solicitation on the first floor - The bathroom tub has stains and shower head not fixed - Definitely not a hotel to stay and to be listed on booking.com - Photos you see online are not true - Ms. Anjali and Ms. Amitha from front office were exceptionally rude

Please keep one brush and paste atleast...all hotels if we stay will go outside and bring..its a standard..and tissues..there s no tissues at all in the room. And guest there s dot have parking..if we need parking we have to pay extra 30 dhs ...what is it ??

I book the kingsize bed but they said until I reach hotel they have rented to other people already I show them my booking is kingsize but they gave me small bed and no parking I have paid extra
