The fixtures in the room and bathroom looks old and and some are look damaged. Its time for a renovation. The swimming pool is small & claustrophobic, fortunately there is a nice beach close by. If you are looking for a quite room, the beach facing ones also face a busy road.

Helpful and Supportive staff. I had booked a Sea View suite, but the room allocated had only a partial view and was quite dark. When I raised my concern about this, the hotel made available a better room with a good view. Had checked-in on my birthday and the hotel gave a complimentary birthday cake. Access to the Private beach. Free towels and loungers available in the Private beach. Clean & well maintained. Lavish food spread during breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Using all-inclusive offer for New Year eve is a misleading way, used to attract (lure) the people. There is no alcohol, not even soft drink free flow (as they pretend) - you have to ask the waiter to bring your soft drink but you have yo wait bc they are busy all time.

Excellent location, nice privste beach over the boulevard, beautiful sea view from a generous balcony (perfect view of fireworks), very spacious room, normal bathroom, all facilities available making this hotel fit for purpose but not 4 stars - maybe 3 1/2 stars would be appropriate. New Year dinner was excellent, delicious food with many choices - a blend of Arabic, Indian, International cuisine. Hard working and helpful restaurant staff trying their best to acommodate all the requests. With few exceptions, the other staff are friendly and ready to help. All in all - a nice stay!

Nothing as such that we don't like it but there is a scope for improvement. Kids activities missing. Hotel does not have space for kids activities. Reception area is congested and very small.

Superb location and great hospitality. Sea facing rooms are worth spending money. Beach is very nice and clean. Food is great and breakfast with wide variety. Since we had opted for full board, feels that menu was slightly repetitive. Rooms are quite specious and well maintained. Sea View from Upper floors makes it more memorable. Excellent stay and spent good time with family.

I have been to this hotel many times and it doesn't disappoint, the facilities, staff and food are all very good. The private beach access is also great. The room was very clean and comfy but the best bit is all the staff meet with you with a genuine welcoming smile and always ready to help wherever possible.

the elevators only 2 , and they are very slow also the lobby is small and the restaurant area is kind of crowded with tables and chairs which makes it hard to move around properly. ill advise guests not to book the older rooms unless they really require that and to always check with their tourism agency which room they've booked for them.

the room is an excellent conditions and the bathroom also the lightning within the room and the location of the hotel is great for the amenities surrounding it you wont have to drive in the crowd much as everything in a walking distance.

We checked into 10 th floor with exceptional sea view. The buffet was really nice , reception was really friendly. The security was really kind and supportive. House keeping team was excellent , the hotel team did a check on us to see if everything was going well.

I didnt know that its not a beach front hotel. Though the beach is just across the hotel. Its not a hassle but still its fine.

Situated in the middle of the city,just they didn't have the vicinity like a proper resort .

The rooms were pretty good also the main show stealer was the food .They had a huge variety of cuisines.Best served were the Kebabs .It had good choices also the desserts were exceptionally good. For relaxation they had Private beach plus the hotel has a good gym, steam and sauna. a very good stay for couples and family both.. Surely a must visit destination

Variety of Food and Beverages. Swimming Pool is Indoor, small and cramped. No play area for kids.

The Service Staff, Nazmul & Ubtain were helpful and always willing help. The Location of the Hotel is good with everything in close proximity. I had a One Bedroom Suite, which had large Balcony & very nice Sea View.
