IndiaThe food needs improvement. Specially the room dining was not good. The sandwiches, parathas, very poor. Not good for a hotel like this. We expected better tasting food. It was very basic.
The property was good, very close to Dubai mall and other tourist attractions. Loved the room and the room Service. Food needs a little bit of improvement, taste was okayish, nothing great.

SlovakiaFirst of all the property never replied on any messages here on booking, I asked them regarding a few things before our trip we needed to know. I requested an invoice as it was a buiness trip, no answer. When we arrive the room was not really clean, in the ashtray was a cigaret after someone and on the tables was a sign after a glass. Also when we asked about the swimming pool use was not allowed cause it was only till 3 opened. Then as required an invoice I already messaged about it in here the messages no-one read, when we arrive I asked for it they said they will do it foe later when we check out, and once we needed to check out and leave on time the hotel the lady at the reception she said no she cant provide the invoice cause Booking.com has to do that 😅 cause she was lazy to fill out the papers, then She said yeah you have to contact booking customers service and they will provide you, she thought like this we leave and all will be on booking. So I called booking, there was a very nice lady she assured us she can help but she said as well that the invoice is not made by them but it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide it. She said she is gonna call them and when they hear that the lady at the reception suddenly tell to us here is the invoice.. So told the customer service now is ok. But i mean like this is really not a nice treatment from the reception and neither from the hotel to pushing their responsibilities on someone else and confusing customers.

United Arab EmiratesMost of the staff are unaware of the indoor function and arrangement.when there is a big occasion like new year ,managment should take more interest in informing the staff about the overall arrangements. They should be able to take load.The food in Tana Tan and the live music was pathetic.
Mr Milan in Reception and Mr Rajender kumar in Tana tan was extremely nice. The waiters in tana tan was extremely nice and good,though food and live band was pathetic.

United KingdomDrop off area is difficult for drivers to enter and exit and no one helps you with your luggage. Pool area is covered so not somewhere you can spend the daytime.
Great location, walking distance to Bay Square, Dubai Mall and Downtown area. Plenty of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Rooms are spacious with separate elevator, well away from the nightlife. Not what I would consider to be a family hotel, better suited to lone travellers and couples.

The room we stayed in the 3 sofa bed was small,when we were on the balcony to our left was no privacy glass or curtain so people who were on that floor could look in.in the morning when we having breakfast no staff available took the chef 20 minutes or so to cook an omelette our taxi came by then.

United Arab EmiratesThe check-in staff were not very helpful when we arrived. We checked in around 19:30 (only people checking in at that time) and had to wait more than 30min to get a room, which was still not 100% ready when we finally got to it. The breakfast is also not up to standard.
