We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very clean room and hotel, all employees were very friendly. The employees were interested, that customers feel good and valued. Especially Ariz was extraordinary friendly and supportive with for example transfer support, and made sure that I as a customer feel very welcomed and valued. Very good breakfast, delicious dinner (the hamburger is tasteful), room service was perfect, always a bottle of water in the room, in the shower were good smelling shower gel and shampoo, so I felt comfortable and at home. Thank you for making the stay memorable.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and designed for relaxation. The breakfast was simply amazing – a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The pool was a perfect place to unwind, always clean and inviting. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, who was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our stay was flawless. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend Roof Downtown to anyone visiting Dubai. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

EstoniaThe hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but by Dubai standards, it’s close to everything. The shower was broken in the bathroom, but it was fixed immediately while we were out.
Great hotel for a long-weekend escape. You have everything you need to feel comfortable: breakfast, a pool with a nice view, a very comfortable bed, a good restaurant for dinner, and very attentive and helpful staff. I definitely recommend this hotel, and whenever I come back to Dubai, I’ll stay here.
