The fitness was not the best, but was ok... Could be better...

The best was food and entertainment for kids and adults and of course beach.

Transparent door to the toilet, I felt very uncomfortable not to have privacy. Very small swimming pools if you really want to swim not to sit in the water.

Everything!!! THE HOTEL IS PERFECT DO NOT LOOK FOR OTHER ONES EVEN!! tasty food - i'm lacto/gluten/sugar free and enjoy lots of choices, many seafood dishes, tasty fruits, different vegetables and meat. I really enjoy the food there. Very long beautiful beach, you can jog or walk 30 minutes one way and there is only one hotel near, the rest space if free that is not usual for Dubai)

Hotel was excellent, food was very varied and great value. The staff were terrific. No matter which part of the hotel they worked in, from the restaurant to the pool to the entertainment to the cleaning staff they always had a smile on their faces. Lovely family holiday and fully recommend.

If you do wish to go anywhere, you need to get a taxi. There is nothing nearby so things like supermarkets are a short taxi ride away.

The all inclusive is very good and amazing selection of food. There is something for everybody, including the kids. The hotel caters well for Children in terms of the food and facilities in the restaurant. It also has the water park, the kids club, the kids pools. The hotel has everything you need. You don't need to go out of the hotel unless you wish to do sightseeing etc. Being beachfront is also great.

The location is not good for a calm relaxing holidays, you can hear airplanes every 10 min day and night, i woke up scarred from this noice several times per night. The sea is awful, like everywhere in Dubai - green colour, more reminds the swamp. But this is not a fault of the hotel, just do not consider to enjoy swimming in the sea here. It also smells sometimes with hydrogen sulphide in the morning. The view from the beach is on construction cranes. Still the beach is wide and long and you can enjoy jogging and long walks there. There are 3 open swimming pools, all of them are quite small to enjoy real swimming, two of them were with the bars and kids zone, the depth is 125cm only, the swimming zone itself not longer 20cm. One swimming pool without bar was longer and has 150cm depth. I consider the swimming pools were not enough big and overcrowded for such level of hotel. The rooms are spacious, but I was shocked to have a door to the bathroom made of transparent glass so I can see the whole process how my husband was using the toilette, that was so indelicate and weird for us both, leaving no privacy at all. The bathroom has no shower curtain so the water was always in the floor and one towel was not enough to absorb it. There were only 2!!!! electricity sockets near the bed. Absolutely impossible to work with your laptop using the table as there is no socket near it. No chance to have all your telephones, apple watches, other gadgets charged during the night(

High quality food, Im lacto, sugar, gluten free - always found smth to eat) lots of fruits available, fresh fish, vegetables. The hotel service and management was perfect.

We where given a room with view where building construction works was going on and was noisy in morning.

A cash point and little shop would have been good, for gifts or snacks, and a chargeable shuttle bus into the centre would be really good for guests. The hotel is 30-40 mins away from Burj etc, and 45 mins to the palm.

They don’t have room service at all it’s not allowed , you cannot drink or eat at the reception area it’s not allowed . They don’t have car service at the time I arrived I shod look for someone to help me . I shod wear bracelet 24/7 as long I am there . They coffee shop and bar it’s all same place so if I need coffee I shod drink between the people who’s drinking whiskey alcohol be they are not allowed to drink any other place . The breakfast is limited and every counter you can see the same. The same goes with lunch. I’ve been in places and inclusive everything but with out rules u can have coffee anywhere u want and even u can take coffee or soft drink or alcoholic and move around , but not with this hotel you’re not allowed smoking or not smoking almost the same next to each other and a restaurant or coffee shop there is noting amazing for adults only if u have kids
