Location was good decent rooms for a 4* hotel except for the fact that the room was full of flies. Although there was a kitchen, they did not provide any utensils. Breakfast was ok,6/10 but dinner was a disaster ,2/10. We had stayed in 3* hotels, even they provide better spread at dinner buffet .

Facilities are showing some wear and tear and the accomodation needs to be refreshed a bit. Seems to be just trying to fix things that actually need to be replaced now.

Staff are amazing, nice beach, great restaurant/bar, awesome for snorkeling.

This a fabulous basic hotel in a wonderful location with a great restaurant right on the beach. Its a fantastic location for swimming with turtles. The staff throughout the property are fabulous. We had dinner in the Turtle Beach Bar and it was superb. The seafood platter for 2 is amazing value for money. We stayed in February, March and will be back in April!

Service was not good, which is the most tipping factor for customer wow and for service industries most important and relevant criteria for people to decide to choose the property. Not much activities or entertainment facilities.

The property was good but it was not value for money. Service was not very good. Service team was bit reluctant to go out of way to provide service. Rooms were fine, however if you are providing kitchen, then there should be some utensils. Without Utensil, kitchen use was difficult. Beach was rocky and not very good. Overall facilities were ok but not as per five star resorts.

My only negative feedback would be the pungent smell of cleaning products as you enter the hotel rooms.

Lovely old style hotel located on a great stretch of beach where turtles like to swim. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The Turtle Beach Bar is a super location for a relaxed lunch or dinner with the waves crashing close by.

It may not be classified as what we did not like but they can expand their breakfast menu. The overall hotel menu is quite vast but breakfast menu is rather limited.

The family villa's could perhaps have some utensils and basic kitchen stuff like a pot, sharp knife etc. There's a cooking top but nothing to use it with. maybe some bigger barbecues would be great too.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved the facilities and things to do. When we arrived we asked for a baby crib and they immediately got it for us.

The prices for snorkeling on the rock in front of the hotel . A shame ! Bring your own diving suit ( because the water was too cold for swimming long )and go there directly . The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the traffic as the hotel is on the highway.The motor bikes awake you in the night.

Old, dated amenities, plug points needed to be international to accommodate international guests. Not much lightning in the kitchen and no microwave.

The overall property adjoining the beach was lovely. The spacious villa was definitely worth coming back to .

Amazing location right on the beach. We loved snorkelling and discovering so many turtles. All the staff were incredibly friendly and genuine.

The empire suite is in dire need of an upgrade, floors to be made R-rated non slippery, stairs is a hazard, mold in the rooms, its extremely old ,fridge was frozen, kettle didn't work, but was replaced, bbq's need upgrade. Nothing in this villa has changed for the past 10 years.

Nothing much on the facilities, but feeling awkward to see the tissue box, notepad and some other minor items for which the penalties will be imposed incase of damage during check out. Only the list higher value items in the list will be very reasonable.

The resort was very nice & peaceful with many water sports including scuba diving. You can see the coral reefs just near the seashores itself during daylight time. The turtle beach restaurent is with nice atmosphere for relaxing dinner. Some areas of resorts are allowed for BBQ. Recommending for couples & families as well.

A very nice beach area for snorkling... saw a lot of turtles. Had to take boat ride to Dibba rock... to far to swim there, but snorkling there was awesome.
