The room was not very clean, there were no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, the scales did not work. Once we came back in the evening and the door was left open by the staff. There were only 2 towels in the room with 3 people. The hotel didn’t let us stay in the hotel for 1 more hour complimentary, although I was with children and our flight was late in the evening. The food at breakfast was also not so great

On one occasion we were moved out of the main restaurant for our evening meal. We had to share tables with people we did not know. The choice of the buffet was not as plentiful. Priority seemed to be given to local people who had come in for a meal rather than hotel guests.

The room was superb. Lovely size, very spacious and the bathroom also was excellent. The food was excellent and so much choice. The pool was a great size with plenty of beds available.

Beach access does NOT exist any more in the hotel, despite it is still shown in Booking.com mobile application. Hotel has to advise clients that there is NO beach access in the hotel. Tea station in breakfast needs to be modified to serve fresh Tea.

The room view was superb, room size is exceptional. Breakfast is very good, only Tea station needs more attention to serve "Fresh Tea" NOT already made. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The furniture in the restaurant is quite old, spots and traces of the long usage. Some constructions are going nearby the hotel and the view from my room was not so nice. Windows need desparate cleaning too.

Size of the room is excellent. Bathroom is pretty good too. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The swimming pool looks really nice too. Underground parking is clean, bright and very useful.

We ordered a Lentil soup, a Pizza and a Pasta for an In-Room Dinner, and it took more than an hour to be delivered. My noted requests were not even fulfilled. Lentil soup without lemon and croutons, the Pizza and Pasta are nothing special and a bit bland, food quality is a big deal for me honestly. Hope the Kitchen service could be more accommodating specially if the meal would take more than an hour to be served, and additional requests like the lemon, (I didn’t ask for the croutons anymore) took around 15mins to be delivered to the room. The In-Room prices are NOT cheap at all fyi.
