Kitchen not equipped , cockroaches seen everywhere

There are some issues in the bathrooms and leakages. AC didn’t work properly. The hot water didn’t work in one room. I had to call the maintenance three four times. Even the phone in the room didn’t work. Every time have to go down to request something. Front deal service is horrible.

The property and the location was good the apartment also good. I like the place. House keeping guys are excellent.

The property does not have their own pool and we had to walk 10 minutes to go to their other property to use the pool.

To be honest, nothing that caught up my attention except the breakfast was okay.

Bathrooms must be better maintained, accessible areas were clean, ceilings were managed and had to be fixed. Wallpapers were damaged and not replaced. They can do better, Restaurants are available in walkable distance but not inside the hotel apt.

Easy access, shops around, pleasant stay if you plan on staying for more than a week.

A bit old furniture and slightly damp smell and not that clean, you could find some cockroaches in the kitchen once in a while

It was worth the price compared to other places and it had a full kitchen with a washing machine

Kids room has no door and no AC ,they provided portable one..and expected some cool air coming from the main setting room central AC..washing machine and dryer were not working but they offered free washing and drying from outside,

Managed to get 3 bed rooms apartment for family . It was close to central area, still can use grab from 6 pax family. staff were friendly and helpful..

The refrigerator is behind the door you have to close the door first to open it, some bad smell in the small bathroom, and the sink in big one is broken most of the things need to be changed except the toilet. There are not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen. There is only a very small pot without a lid. There are two table knives, three spoons, one fork, and a few plates.

Two rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is good in size but only one wall socket and it's used by an old small microwave, , the living area is very spacious and only need to fix some of the furniture.

No buses nearby. Hotel could do with a major refurbishment. Even though it was clean the apartment felt like it could do with new bathrooms, carpets, paint etc.

1- The water heater should be off in this season, but the switch is not working 2- There is a bad smell in the small bathroom. 3- The parking is too dirty and a lot of broken things inside it. 4- The kitchen utensils are very little and not enough to cook even an egg.. 5- The bathrooms definitely need to change a lot of things inside it.. most bathroom fixtures are broken. 6- No enough sockets in the rooms or the kitchen (only one and used by microwave) 7- The rooms' sound insulators are very weak.. so there is a noise coming from other hotel guests.

The rooms are spacious, and the internal division is distinctive. The rooms have enough cabinets and the beds are very good. There are TV in every division.. but one remote!

old furniture , carpet very old stinky need to be replaced . sofa chairs are very old not comfortable . they bring breakfast to the rooms which is good , BF was not bad, no much of variety
