Nothing much except that when we booked the rooms, i actually requested it to be adjoining as we are total of 7 guest (+1 extra pay coz I only booked 3adults, 3 kids).. However, on the reception, we were told that there is no available 2 connecting rooms with balcony (because we booked 2 rooms with balcony), but reception assured that rooms given were very near.. so i said, okay.. When we went up, we were surprised that our rooms were apparently in between lifts and another unit 🤪🤔 so, imagine, if you're coming out from the lift, we need to separate ways 🤭 to go to our rooms.. hahahaha.. 1 goes to the left and 1 goes to the right 😅🤣😂.. he could have make it opposite rooms so my kids wont need to run the hallway just to get to another unit 😀😅🤣 nweis, such an experience.. Also, the timing for game room starts at 2pm and the check out time is 12nn.. so my teenage kid was not able to play table tennis or pool again the next day 😅🤣 since its time to leave.. Wish it was like opens at an earlier time, like 10am?!? 😆 Otherwise, nice wonderful stay 😀☺️

Wonderful experience...the kids enjoyed the pool.. even though the weather is bit cold and windy..the heated pool warms the water... they enjoyed the breakfast.. they enjoyed the game room, the lobby where they play chess, they enjoyed the beach and the good morning message on the sand 🫡 Overall experience was good 😊 and specially the welcome balloons, cake towel and surprise cake ! Truly a memorable experience to our birthday boy celebrant 😍🥰 Thank you.

Both times I stayed there, the rooms weren't spotless. Also, the ref wasn't functioning well, and there was dust in different parts of the room. They are really slow to respond whenever I dial "0" on the phone.

Thanks to the kind and helpful staff, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. My two reservations were both upgraded! Both the hotel room and the view of the sea were wonderful.

bell boy delayed bring my luggage. But that is ok the hotel was at 100% capacity

the room was very cosy I got the side of the tennis courts and the beach. Mr. Hassan the Front Desk Manager is a great guy. He is so professional and hospitable. the cigar lounge is fantastic and Amin is so pleasant. The valet parking and concierge are great

Mini bar chips / chocolates are chargeable which is not good. You can keep those chips and chocolates as complimentary . No one going to read the small note pad which is kept in the cubord for the chips and chocolates.

Wish bathrooms would be freshenned up, bad smell was coming from barhroom sewage.price increased compare to last year, so at this point unless more services are offered, it may make sence to find a more modern and newer hotel near by.

Great buffet, amazing service from Gusti restaurant's staff and room cleaning team, overall great stay. It is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Beach, pool are very nice, spa is great and 50 aed covers your visits for the duration of the stay. Spaciois rooms and great proximity to the grocery shopping and promenade with caffes and restaurants.

The housekeeping staff and service are not upto 5 stars hotel standards. The room is not neat, the curtains are not well organized, no hand towels, no soap tray, no soap in the toilet. No replanishment for consumables like sugar, tea bags. Tea cup is not washed.
