The water in the bathroom sink was hot but there was no hot water in the shower. Because I was only spending 1 night, I didn’t bother to report the problem to the front desk.

The hotel was beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool/ beach area was superb.

Game room can be equip with more games for all ages and use the space they have. Need more activities near pool or inside. Also need liquid soap in room.no idea long time nobody use bar soap.it is not hygenic

Maybe the bed could be improved. The better promotion of their restaurants and other facilities, Eventually in the weekend their were alot of people and the staff was unable to fulfill requests on time.

Great facilities, great staff and access to pool and beach was very easy and comfortable. Its away from the city thus actually feels like a you have escaped from the city.

Seaview room was the last room of the row ,where I expected it to be looking over the swimming pool as well as the sea.

Bathroom, toilet in the room, I changed room but same. You press the button for housekeeping, but they don't come. The reason is that there are too many clients, they could not give me time :)

I wished, despite the reservation type, to have the breakfast for free.

The place is beautiful with a lot of facilities for all ages including swimming pools and the beach. The sea is rich in fauna like crabs, fish, and birds. It was nicee of the hotel to provide us a room after the checkout for about three hours to relax in before we go to the airport.

Despite asking for a quiet room, ours was right in front of the kid's pool and was very noisy starting at 7 am. This a huge problem for the hotel, a small territory. There is nothing else to do there except the beach and the pool. Insufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach and around the pool. To take places it needs to go out at 5 am. It's just kind of a nightmare. The water in a small bay is green and very shallow, it takes a long time to enter. Near the chloride pool, also not very comfortable. Very high price for no reason. Alas, there is nothing but a beautiful building.

The view from the room was good, large terrace. Room size, mattresses are good.

during a query in one the days, the lady at the reception is to be trained how to deal with customer complaint or query in a sophisticated way not to directly saying someone paid less or more and all can’t be treated in same way

The towels on the beach/ pool area were torn and worn, not one towel but most of them. Some of them were with thru holes. made a pictures. I asked the personnel to call manager responsible for this, but nobody came. Shame!!! Towels not changed for many years. It could be the reason that i Stay the last time in this hotel. I they cannot manage towel in other areas can came same situation.

full of tourist from russia, kind of aggressive. would not recommend at this point even if the hotel is great. also it is located at the far end of sharjah and would require a long trip to dubai or sharjah center. restaurants could do better and include also european cuisine besides pasta and pizza.

At night the wind probably comes through the balcony glass door. It was very cold in the room.

Everything was fine. We spend a quality time there. Staffs were very helpful. Specially I can remember the name Aneel. He is a nice guy. Lots of lifts and stairs for the guest. Clean and cool room with lots of space. The attached balcony was a bonus to enjoy the ocean view.

I might have rated it higher but they was a big mistake when we booked a massage from the spa do they lost 1 star out of 10 for this. In short they didn't tell us they only had 1 man and 1 women to do massage and me being a man I don't want another man massaging me. They said I could come first then wife after but we fly next day and it was late. Staff should have explained this before we paid and they returned money on card which I am still waiting for since 18th. This is 1 week now and not back. Also the girl didn't want to give is massage really because it was late I could see it in her face and attitude. Just after the payment she told me this, why not before. Especially when we went earlier in day to confirm. I give feedback to the management in person and this is in writing. Still I give good review of hotel overall but they spoil the experience with this situation.

It was a nice hotel good view and clean staff was good. service and food was good. I booked on booking.com and saved 50% vs hotel price direct. Why such a difference? Its good for me but honestly I think another person paying full price would not be happy. Its just on border near Ajman so can walk and have more relaxed rules here so if you want a beer you can get it. 5 minutes walk maximum and great place called the outside inn.
