Clean, staff are very pleasant - happy to help and keep the place as clean as possible. No frills but good value right in the centre of Dubai.

Egypt-the building itself is very commercial -the lift is only one working and always delayes so i had to use the staircase almost all the time , its not that bad cuz the property is in the second floor -there was very intense cooking going around in the building literally all day long with very strong smell obstructing my sleep at night
-Location is perfectly between mashreq and mall of the emirates metro station -they have separated boxes inside the fridge for each guest -they clean all the time -the assistant is helpful -their is no noise at any time of the day inside the property and you will always feel like you have the whole property for yourself
