The room looks like a police cell. It's small with just a mattress. As soon as I walked up the stairs to get to the apartment I saw a cockroach aswell as dirt and blood. The room is horrendous. I had to leave at 4am the next night because I woke up to realise it had bed bugs. My back was covered in bites 😩. I went to the wash room and even the water coming out the showers was yellow. This is a side of dubai I never knew existed. Spend a little more and get a room in deira if you have to. Just don't stay there I warn you all. SHAME ON BOOKINGS.COM

1, No Reception, Hotel Name or Street Sign. 2. The room in the picture was double bed and spacious one. when I arrived I was surprised that it is a single bed in a very small partition with size aprox. 3m long X 1.5m.- 2.m. wide. 3. No complementary tea coffee or free drinking water. You need to purchase your own staff from the nearby stores. 4. I asked for late check-in 4:00pm to find another property. When I came back 4:00pm I found that the staff had entered my room with a spare key without my permission or knowledge or me being there. He collected my things, cloths, bag and food and thrown it out in the ground next to cleaning tools area next to the toilet door. Though he could have contacted me in my check-in registered phone number or by whatsap app.

It was not bad if it had been advertised as it is in the booking.com site. It was a short walk to the metro station. The neighborhood is not bad.

almost one hour of rounding in the afternoon & didn't find anyone in the location , not even the name of the hostel in the building , my phone was not have service , after all I decided to go from the parking lot in the back of the hostle & then one Egyptian guy was there & tell me to go for them in room 215 in the 2nd floor , it's too bad experience for me even the room have old key style 🗝️ can be opened from anyone & room is small but it's all about the other door 🚪 sharing with you the flat and this building should not be in the booking because it's for workers , after all if you decide to come here & your tourist watch your belong & yourself there , you have been warned ⚠️

Since i start using booking app it's my worsts experience,,,they make partitions in the room and there's no attached bathroom,,,,,they make 7,8 beds in a single room and no comfortable to stay there,😕😕😕😕

Pharos Inn Sheikh Zaied Hostel was the only place I didn't like at all. Even though it is not far from metro station Mashreq, it is difficult to find the hostel. The location was in the second floor of the residential building, if you want to find this hotel you should write to them, you can't call, because the number is egyptian number. When you come into the building you can feel bad smells, I don't know what it is. There is a kitchen which moody, and very very small room like a jail, no windows were in my room. My room was next to the toilet, so if someone is in there you defenetely know and hear what is he doing there. The rooms were very cold and I asked to switch of air conditioning, but they couldn't do that and they plugged the air condition whith newspaper. I didnt want to stay there anymore and sent him message by booking.com asking him no change the date, he didn't answer. So I found another hotel and moved before my checking out day came out. You can stay at this hotel if paying for staying even 5$ more is difficult for you. You can find much more better hotels if you can pay 5-6$ more. I don't recommend this hostel if you have this amount of money.
