Brand new resort , well maintained, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, even house keeping team where supportive, also life guard teams at swimming pools . The pools were fantabulous... Mr Moses from the kitchen was very helpful...

Check-in was smooth and very welcoming, thanks to Saad and his colleagues. I cannot wait to return and to explore the remaining restaurants that will open.

NetherlandsWhat needs attention is the staff needs to be trained in the restaurant for high volume of guests. No one attended the reception of the restaurant and we were waiting for good 20 minutes before someone attended to us. The waiter was holding the straw where you are sipping. People who are working at the restaurant should not have body odor, it just looses the appetite.
We were upgraded! We have the garden villa with full sea view and access. The room was very spacious, good for family of four. Everything is new. The bed was comfortable and sheets were at its finest. The reception manager and team were very welcoming and hospitable. We were treated for a tea/coffe while waiting to be attended.

United Arab EmiratesThis has been the most disappointing holiday stay due to many factors. The service at the pool is horrible, slow and not even professional! They either brought wrong orders or even forgot about orders! Similarly the same service at the restaurants where orders were wrong and we stayed 45min waiting for the deserts that came wrong! The room service didn’t clean the room in the 2 days! The hotel has no entertainment facilities at all, although it is very special! The final explosion is that they bill me things that I never ate nor drank and I found out by chance when reviewing the full itemized bill! Long story short, the stuff and management are not trained not capable of handling the operation!

United Arab Emirates1. Rooms ac are not proper - our AC wasn’t working the first night so we had to change rooms at midnight 2. General lack of flexibility with staff. We noticed one family walk into breakfast close to 11:30 on Saturday but still they were served. When I walked in at 11:10 on Sunday I was turned away. Other - We asked for a little later check in- nothing was done about it. We wanted to use the spa but unfortunately it didn’t have couple options so we went to the Ritz and had a massage - it was wonderful! Finally, the food was really average. The breakfast poor and the French restaurant decent but for the rest of our stay in the property we ate outdoors.

Also couldn't have a decent sleep because of very noisy neighbours. Hotel security was called at least twice on them but the noise persisted deep into the night (up to 2am)
