Review of Sofitel Dubai: My stay at Sofitel Dubai was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome, the elegant interior, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view. Every comfort was taken care of, from the high-quality bed linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities. The breakfast was exceptional—so many fresh, high-quality options, and everything was delicious. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and restaurants, were top-notch and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re in Dubai for business or leisure, I can highly recommend Sofitel. It was an unforgettable experience and I would definitely return.

It was very busy at weekends and public holidays with people with day passes which made it difficult to get beds. This would put me off coming back

I booked a sea view room and was given first floor ‘resort view ‘ that wasn’t a view at all! The room was rather dark and there was no charging stations near the bed! The breakfast was basic and we ordered tea that came after we were done because they forgot! At dinner, my sister had a stained napkin that looked horrifying! It had this big, blood-like stain in the middle.

I had the complimentary breakfast buffet, exceptional. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and luxurious. Pool was beautiful overlooking the beach. I had the best time! Staff are excellent. Spa was exceptional. I had a massage, the best experience of my entire life. Amazing time. Thank you Sofitel The Palm Dubai.

Wonderful landscaping and excellent facilities. Very helpful staff and the food is of very high quality. Love the vegetation growing on the walls near the lobby.

The proper is gorgeously set on The Palm with friendly staff and appropriate facilities. Could do with a few more staff at the check-in counter though, with more seats at the lobby maybe. Enjoyed our stay nonetheless and was a wonderfully memorable pre-birthday celebration for my daughter.

I found Sofitel a beautiful relaxing family vacation excellent. Club was excellent value. The children were under 5 and made incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Staff were totally utterly amazing and friendly. We will return next year for sure.

- breakfast was not the quality we expected and ambience was "so la la". Huge breakfast room with tons of people in it which we did not expected in this setup, does not match with overall luxury hotel style. - beach area was not clean, "algae carpet"on shore, yes it is natural and a "Palm Thing" but maybe once a day some clean up could be done - enclosed point is not a hotel mistake or fault but maybe the hotel management could more focus on dress code policy. We are not bourgeois but flip flop, shorts and beach shirt should not be dinner dress code in a nice Steak House.

- Polynesian featured spacious rooms are very modern and thought through, rain forest shower is unique and deserved the name 100%, huge rain forest beam from approx 2.75m makes you feel being in Bora Bora - Porterhouse Steak House. Visit this restaurant!. It is a classy steakhouse offering on table prep and cut service. Special thanks to our waitress which fulfilled special wishes about meat cuts and other wishes and to Concierge who made a table feasible for us, within 3min after requesting one. Very much appreciated !!! Thank you! - amount of greenery inside and outside area of hotel is immense, tropical Polynesia feeling fulfilled - Waterfall Pool is a nice feature and area which we liked and less crowded than Slide Pool and Main Pool

Charging for drinking water during dinner service, particularly when you've upgraded to Premier Lounge, is outrageous. The commercialisation of simple drinking water - especially in the Middle East - is dangerous and petty

The hotel is somewhat secluded, and the restaurant prices were on the higher side.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. The spa was absolutely incredible and one of my favorite experiences. The restaurants exceeded expectations, offering delicious food.
